Banyueli Hotel Shanghai (Shanghai Lujiazui Oriental Pearl Mall Road Subway Station)

Room has a washing machine. Bathroom was small but enough. Shower took a while til the water was hot. Room has their own wifi.

Good hotel. Only problem is small room. Other than perfect. Washing machin +dryer in room. Detergent available at receptionist. Very easy to spot hotel.Near Metro station.

The hotel was very disappointing. The building is only one floor of the entire structure you see in the photos and completely disappears among the tall buildings around it. The rooms are much smaller than they appear in the pictures. We had a room for 3 people, but we could barely move. To get changed, the others basically had to leave the room because there is no enclosed bathroom that offers privacy. A major downside was the noise. You can hear everything that happens outside and everything your neighbors do or say. Unfortunately, we had bad luck with neighbors who were loud until 4 a.m. We reported it at the front desk, but unfortunately nothing was done and the neighbors didn’t take it into account. All the windows are also covered, so you have no daylight or view. Do not book this hotel if you’re a light sleeper or if privacy and peace are important to you.
