At this time, I had stayed in the room three times and changed the room twice. This time I booked a special room for two nights. I thought it would be troublesome to move around after I stayed there. I just wanted to keep the peace. I didn't think about calling to complain about the hygiene problem, nor did I think about giving a bad review. Well, the thing that made me angry and wrote such a long review came. After I upgraded my room due to the hygiene problem, I went out for lunch the next day at noon. When I came back at 11:40, I couldn't get into the room. In other words, they forced me to check out and change rooms before 12 o'clock. I went to the front desk to explain the problem. The waiter at the front desk had a bad attitude and didn't let me stay longer. I said that I could change a room on the same floor, but she said no. I was unwilling to give in, and finally I was reluctant to stay longer. As a consumer, I can understand that one room in a hotel is not up to standard, but I booked three times and the hygiene is worrying three times. That should not be a coincidence. The front desk staff, as a service staff, had a bad attitude towards consumers when there was a problem with the hygiene in the store. I hope your company can punish them. In fact, it is not easy for everyone. I didn't want to give a bad review, but I couldn't stand the bad attitude of the security guard and the front desk staff on the morning shift. The hygiene problems of this hotel and the bad attitude of the service staff will be rectified sooner or later.
