the staff was helpful. lots of restaurants nearby. bedding sheet is kinda old and not clean.

Hotel is good , breakfast is good . Only one problem , when ever you go outside to visit and give key to them for room cleaning , they are not doing cleaning and room is dirty as such. In my case one time night 11:00 pm and next day 9:30 pm they clean the room . This is little bit unforgettable memory for me from this hotel . Receptionist will say simple that morning person did not inform about cleaning . Which shows that there is no proper communication between hotel staff people

one of the worst experiences ive ever had with a hotel. After one night they kicked me out cause i wasnt chinese and worried that i would have the corona virus. They were extreme rude and wouldnt even call a taxi for me. they just wanted me out of their hotel. When i first xhecked in, i could feel that they want me there

My overall experience is that the service is very good. The lady at the front desk is also very enthusiastic and the customer service response is very fast and timely. Overall, it was very full. I will stay at this hotel again next time.
