In fact, it seems that the hygiene is generally OK, but some places have not been cleaned well. The bedding is not big and the new pillowcases feel thin and gray after being washed. Secondly, the hot and cold water of the water heater is not stable, and it is hot and cold. The bathroom is very small, the bathing area is crowded, and the floor is a bit slippery. Because the kitchen and small room were built later, the roof and walls are relatively thin and the sound insulation is not very good. At night, cats running back and forth would make a thumping sound on the roof. I am a bit mysophobic and may have a lot to do, so I would like to write down my personal feelings in the hope that it can help future guests who book a room.

The room as a whole is very comfortable to live in, the decoration design is quite unique, and there is a small courtyard with an emotional a**osphere, the style of old Shanghai houses, and the price is very high. You can drink tea with friends in the small courtyard. 2 families live together, you can take a bath and cook, there are many places to eat nearby, life is convenient, 6 minutes walk from the subway station, 2 subways, there is a parking lot opposite, overall very convenient, recommend friends who come to Shanghai for fun.

The house is located in the center of Shanghai. We lived in the old site of Bao Yugang, the richest man in the shipyard. We felt the past and present of the old houses in Shanghai. There is also a French-style yard. The iron tree in the yard has been 30 years old. In the yard, we tasted manner coffee under the plane tree. The interior decoration of the house is very warm. The family of 6 people lived happily. They made a simple breakfast. The 2 bathrooms and showers are easy to use without fighting. It is very enjoyable to project IMAX movies. There is a parking lot next to you for parking, and the traffic is very fast. Convenient, No. 3 and No. 4 dual subways, 6 minutes walk from the subway station, next to Zhongshan Park, 100 meters walk from Wuyi Road Wanghong Street, the landlord is very enthusiastic and helped a lot, I hope to stay here again next time I come to Shanghai.

It is a sentimental B&B that is worth recommending. If you have a baby, it is recommended to wait for a while. The decoration time is not long and it has a great taste.

Except for the walkways, which are a bit messy, everything else is great.
