Hanyi Hotel

The hotel was newly renovated a year ago, which was why I chose to stay there. However, the room walls were extremely dirty, and the air conditioning wasn't cooling. The subway and hospital are both 200 meters away, but the soundproofing was so poor that I could hear the lights turning on and off next door. You can imagine how I managed to get through the night! They wouldn't give me a power card or takeout, so I had to go downstairs and turn the air conditioner on and off constantly. A guest was given an unsealed paper cup. When I asked the housekeeper if I could get two more, she pulled the cup out of my hand, wearing toilet-cleaning gloves. The picture shows a photo of my breakfast of soy milk. The additive-free soy milk can be stored at room temperature for six months. Even if the owner dared to stock it, we wouldn't dare eat it. I've been staying at hotels for over 20 years, and this is the worst hotel in Shanghai, bar none!

It's average. Clean and tidy. There's a McDonald's, Lawson, FamilyMart, and a fruit shop downstairs.

Great location. Metro nearby. Modest rooms. But clean.

The room was ok, but the environment was not. The service was extremely poor. I was traveling with my child and was given a room near the elevator. I asked for help to change rooms, but they said they couldn't change them even though there were rooms available. The facilities were very poor, there was no soundproofing, and the service attitude was rubbish.

Convenient for food, accommodation, and transportation, as well as nearby shopping! Room Service: Excellent!

Let's start with the amenities. The room was well-appointed, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, making for an exceptionally relaxing sleep. The air conditioning provided excellent cooling and heating, quickly adjusting to a comfortable temperature. The TV and internet both worked smoothly, meeting all your leisure and entertainment needs. The bathroom facilities were clean and the water flowed smoothly. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the room was spotlessly clean. From the floor, tabletops, and bathroom, there were no stains or dust to be found, making for a truly reassuring stay. The hotel's surroundings were quiet, free from distracting noise. The interior design is simple and stylish, and the public areas are clean and bright, creating a comfortable atmosphere. The service was a highlight. From the warm reception at the front desk, the quick check-in process, to the attentive answers to travel questions, everything was truly heartwarming. The housekeeping staff was also very attentive, promptly restocking supplies and meeting all your needs. The hotel's location is also excellent, close to the Tonghe Xincun subway station, making travel very convenient. Whether you're on a business trip or on vacation, this is a great choice. I'll definitely be back!
