Close to the Mercedes Benz Arena, wher we wee booked to watch a show. Supe clean amf modrrn roomd. Beds and pillows comfortable. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

This area is very quiet especially at night.
The mall is a nice 10 minutes walk away.
The hotel is nice and clean, I like the way they conserve the planet by making disposable items on request.
I would prefer if the drinking water is in glass bottles instead of plastic.
I did not have any food or use the gym this time.

Everything was great, except some staff did not quite do their job. Waited for my order for 2 hours and after I queried it, they didn’t serve it anymore. The manager made an effort an offered me a free breakfast. Staff is friendly and helpful. What helped was that the restaurant is open until 11pm.

We chosed this hotel because of XIN LIU /Liu Yu Xin XANADU concert Shanghai station (15mins walking distance to the arena). The service, cleanliness, amenities are great and awesome. The staffs are friendly and good especially 小肖 and 乔经理 who helped with our check in. Wanna to give a special shout out to an extremely helpful receptionist guy who helped to pay our cab fare when our Alipay transaction failed, thank you! Location is peaceful and serene. A tranquil stay indeed 👍🏻

Great place to stay. Room is spacious and comfy and service amenities are good. Location is slightly far from city but taxi is cheap and convenient anyway.

Really nice experienced to stay in this hotel. Very warm welcome from the staff name Selena and Dwyane. They we’re very kind to upgrade my room. Very fast check in and check out.
