The location of hotel is convenient for visiting centre shopping mall, The Bund and near to underground subway. Customer service is good. The room is quite clean and comfortable. Recommended.

This is a very nice hotel with an excellent service. Good breakfasts and late evening free supper at 9 pm. Good room with lots of very modern gimmicks to make staying interesting. The position of the hotel couldn’t be any better with access from the subway line 1 exit gate 5. Not even needed to go outside in case of rain. I can really recommend this Shanghai hotel.

Like the location, prompting me to take more train than cabby, location is just next to station 1 stop away to people park (foodie location). Right below newly Starbucks service, breakfast is decent light meal for myself with fresh bananas. 7-eleven is just below, although station does look run down. Smart rm is full of apps suitable for local tourist that had subscriptions. Rm are of decent size with a total of 8 storeys, services are overall nice and friendly. Is definitely a place that will visit again if I am back to Shanghai.
It can be pretty dark at night, but is quite safe, although I still won’t recommend walking from people park back to hotel at night.
Luckin coffee coming up soon. Lobby accept deliveries on guest behalf.
Oh ya there’s no securities box or ironing board in the rm. Gym is decent. There is a standing steam ironing there beside the washing machine.

We check in at 6/6/25 7am , I check a lot tour guide they said support 5/6 one can get refund mayb 50% , so they not refund at all , and said we didn’t mention early , we also facing flight delay the room the reserve for us didn’t sold so cannot refund , this reason I cannot accept . So will write a comment here let all the traveller know this issue . I won’t come back this hotel anymore , I travel around the would facing the front desk really no helpful and no smile .

The service from the hotel manager, Mr Li was excellent. He was very kind to recommend and help me change my room type to suit our needs and optimised value for money. Thanks to his recommendation, I even received a refund and He was so professional to ensure that I received the refund in a timely manner.
Ours were "smart " rooms where most basic functions could be controlled via AI.
