Pujing Waiting Hotel (Shanghai People'S Square Xinzha Road Subway Station)

Stayed at Shanghai Pujing Waiting Hotel for 1 week and the service was really good. Most front desk staffs had really good service! Cleanliness was top notch, housekeeping came everyday and top up water/amenities! Able to deliver parcels & nothing was missing. Front desk is able to assist with parcel collection! Overall stay was very very pleasant and my group thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! :)

The location just right beside the Xinzha station. 7-Eleven just next to the hotel. The hotel room clean & comfort, provide free supper porridge too. Every staff at reception very friendly and helpful. Thanks for the great stayed!

I had a truly wonderful stay at 璞晶唯庭酒店（上海人民广场新闸路地铁站店）. The location is excellent—just steps away from the metro and within easy reach of Shanghai’s main attractions. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and very comfortable, making it a perfect choice for both business and leisure travelers. A special thank you to the front desk staff for their warm hospitality and professionalism. He went above and beyond to accommodate my change of plans and kindly offered me an upgrade to a larger room, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Their attentiveness and service really stood out and made me feel valued as a guest. The upgraded room was spacious, well-designed, and quiet, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. Everything from the bedding to the amenities was thoughtfully prepared and maintained to a high standard. The hotel also provides convenient laundry services, which made my stay hassle-free, and the gym was well-equipped—perfect for keeping up with fitness while traveling. Great hotel and I would highly recommend! Spacious for 2 pax. Toilet and bath area is separate. It comes with a huge lighted mirror at sink area and a body mirror beside hotel door. Shower came with rain shower and normal shower head, water pressure was strong and juz nice. Comfy and large bed. Beside Xinzha station exit 5, or exit 2 (which is further). There’s convenience store downstairs. Love this hotel. Staff is also helpful.

Enjoyed our stay! We appreciate the service and support of Manager Li! Someone must give that guy a raise! He helped us with the checking in smoothly despite our delayed arrival. As well as ensuring we are comfortable and taken care of! Very professional and patient! We were sad not to say good bye to him on our last day at the hotel. Wishing him all the best!

This is a very nice hotel with an excellent service. Good breakfasts and late evening free supper at 9 pm. Good room with lots of very modern gimmicks to make staying interesting. The position of the hotel couldn’t be any better with access from the subway line 1 exit gate 5. Not even needed to go outside in case of rain. I can really recommend this Shanghai hotel.
