The staff were very friendly and helpful, they had allowed me to check in earlier. Room was very clean and cozy. Breakfast was good too with good coffee .Superb location , close to subway station. Will definitely recommend to friends and relatives.

The hotel was totally well kept and clean. It was a little inconvenient that none of the front desk staff spoke English at night time.

Good and comfortable stay near the stadium. Was there for Zhoushen's concert, n it was just a short walking distance to the stadium. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was simple but delicious. A good stay overall.

As a tourist, the location is not very convenient. The hotel is quite a far walk from public transportation and there are not many restaurants or other useful stores. It is in a sleepy residential area. The hotel is in a gated community and so Didi and taxis cannot easily access the front entrance.
The room were originally given was very smokey and despite airing it out for four hours, it still smelled like smoke. We had to change rooms and were given a upgrade in the room size but there was still a lingering smell of cigarette smoke despite the hotel being non-smoking.
The staff especially the cleaning staff were exceptionally friendly.
Would not stay here again because of location.

Hotel fabulous! Clean, lovely bed and linen. Clean towels and room amazing! Staff friendly and helpful. We began our trip to China staying at the Orange hotel - it was so good we stayed at the end of our journey before returning to the UK. Thanks for great stay.

Nice stay, the room is very clean and looks newly decorated, the shower water pressure is really great!!! Front desk service is great too, check-in was fast.
