DON'T BOOK IT! OWNER IS A CHEATER!
I booked in advance a night for 19th October in Shanghai Wenwen Apartment. According to information provided on Trip.com hotel is located in Pudong New Area, Shanghai, China, but it is the name of whole district in a big city of Shanghai, not exact address. So on arrival day I went to the place shown on the map provided on Trip.com and called to the owner using phone number which I found on my confirmation from Trip.com: +86 ***********. The man answered my phone call and started to speak in Chinese, so I asked him: "do you speak English?". After that he immediately hung up the phone. So I send him a text message: "I have booked a night on Trip.com for today. How to get there?", but he didn't answer this message. So I found some Chinese man in sorroundings and ask him to call hotel owner. He did it and talked with him for awhile in Chinese. After end of their conversation he told me (in Chinese, but I translated it using translator app): "Please cancel this order. Find a new hotel. That is, he has stopped doing it, and then there is a hotel next to him. You can stay temporarily."
So after that I booked another hostel and this night I was sleeping there. I asked for refund and compensation, because hotel refused to give me service I paid for. It was their fault, not mine. I have been there to check-in at the right time and the right place. Owner refused to give me refund. Fortunately Trip.com gave me Trip Coins as a compensation, but owner didn't want to give back my money.
