The rooms were very clean, and it was getting serviced every morning. The washing machine was also a dryer which is a plus, we had also fridge, induction stove and microwave oven. it would be nice to have a basic set of cutlery, dishes and pans for some basic meal preparation (or even for cutting an orange!)

Service was fine, room was big and balcony I liked it but since it’s an apartment why not keep pans in rooms or in storage if someone asks for what to use when they want to cook, I mean you take deposit! This Should strongly be put under consideration! No full mirrors, just for toilets 😏 no speakers, soaps are tiny and no laundry detergent! For the price all this should be included. Cleaning part I give it a 5.8

Very convenient located, lots of food options within 10 minutes walking. Clean, cozy, super friendly staff, K was especially helpful. Will highly recommend!

MIKO Apartments offers comfortable accommodation with kitchen facilities and friendly and welcoming staff🙏 It is conveniently located 10 minutes away from Metro Line 7 and Line 13, with convenient transportation and easy access to major food options... will definitely come back when visit Shanghai👍👍👍

i extended my stay at this hotel again, unfortunately the service has become worse and worse. cleaning service is very inconsistent. each day when i leave, i remind them to clean the room and today is the second day that the room hasn’t been cleaned. when the room is cleaned, toiletries such as handwashing soap, shampoo and body wash are not replenished. even more basic things such as toilet paper are seldom replaced. extremely disappointed.
