簡直不能太差！預訂前特意翻了評論來的，評論裏説裝修聲音特別吵，服務很差。我們心想就住一晚，晚上總不能裝修吧。好，更差勁的來了，消毒水味道讓你一秒回到某疫回憶裏，房間裏的香薰早就沒有液體了，並且説服務人員下班了不能加。2次電話溝通，1次親自下樓到前台溝通，都沒有得到妥善處理。本來就是很晚入住的，第二天還要工作，所以沒有折騰住下了。事後反饋，酒店居然説？消毒水聞了對身體沒什麼傷害？我們某疫期間一直聞了幾個月？有問題你當晚怎麼不退房？你有事嗎還是店長説出來這樣的話？這個酒店一生黑，我花錢住你的酒店憑什麼一定要聞消毒水味？有什麼資格説某疫能聞現在聞不得？

這個酒店與眾不同，有回家的感覺，睡了踏實的一覺。房間乾淨，温馨，網絡挺快，酒店服務到位，而且第一次住進上海人的生活區域，懷舊，文化，情懷讓人滿足。酒店幾分鐘走到步行街直奔外灘，太近了，外灘核心地段。對了，還聽老闆説，有一些電影，電視劇片段都在這裏拍攝。在這裏我老公還遇到了馬來西亞的老鄉，真是開心，來入住的人素質都挺高的，所以酒店裡基本沒有大聲喧嘩，安靜。值得回味的酒店，下次還來！

白玉蘭酒店的環境幽雅，隨處可見白玉蘭的美麗圖標。酒店空間大，客房多，環境好，走廊上很安靜，很適合來此放鬆休息。客房的服務也是好得很，服務人員客氣有禮，為他們點贊👍

房間一般大小
前台服務態度較好
床鋪比較舒適
雖然對着大馬路但是隔音很好
就是晚上把燈都關了智能馬桶的燈關不了有一抹藍光一直亮着
然後馬桶每次一坐下就沖水很尷尬

從廣東過來入住比較晚 又發燒去了醫院 半夜才回來 結果第二天早上6點 樓下好像在裝修一個停車場 一直叮叮噹噹的根本睡不着 但是沒有力氣給前台打電話 持續了快一個小時才安靜
我們攜程訂的是下午2點退房 12點前台就打電話讓我們去退房 我們説攜程上面寫的2點退房 前台才掛了電話
然後我們中午出去吃飯 回來發現房間門開着 裏面有阿姨在做衞生 我説我們還沒退房啊 阿姨説 哦我以為你們要續住呢
特意選了附近價格比較高的酒店
結果入住並不愉快
