I booked separately 2 stays.
The first room had cat fur and mold, so I asked them to switch the room - the man at the reception assisted immediately and said I could change at the evening or next morning (immediately).
More about the service, the new room had no slippers and no chair, I asked for a chair, they said I could get the one from my previous room, but I didn’t want to because there was cat fur on it and I explained this to them through wechat. Then they didn’t reply. I didn’t ask again.
The night before my flight I asked them to wake me up at 6, they came at 6:30.
the new room - there was no mold, but the hygiene was not perfect.
40 min away from Pudong international airport by taxi and 1h+ by subway - not the best location.
1h and 30 min away from the city center.
In general, I do not recommend - cheap but I would choose another place next time.

房間面積挺大的，複式的兩層，房間還有冰箱洗衣機，還有個大陽台洗衣服晾衣服都很方便，附近有很多飯店和便利店，房間每天都打掃很及時，服務也很好整體很好☺☺☺👍

It is convenient to stay before your flight from Pudong airport, you can get get didi to the airport , 20-30 mins drive . It is a bit far to walk to subway station, you can get a short didi to subway .
My room had some issues , the fridge was broken , it was not ideally clean , but the staff tried to help

I specifically requested a non-smoking room, but the room I was given had a very strong, unpleasant smoke odor. In addition, it was not very clean, which made my stay uncomfortable.

Staff was really nice, location is convenient to go to Pudong airport but a bit far from the city center.
The room was big enough with nice facilities (kitchen, washing machine, etc), the bathroom could have been a bit more cleaned.

Locao is closed to Pudong airport and near to subway station. Hotel is clean and staffs were helpful but couldn’t speak English.
