I came here with my son and we had a blast. He was in heavan with ultraman in every place he looked!! The only thing that was inconvenient was they it was so far from the city centre. The hotel provided passes to ocean park which was amazing!

My son is an Ultraman fan and he loved staying at this hotel and enjoying at this theme park, similar level of excitement comparing with his last visit to the Ultraman hometown in Japan. Despite there were some communication issues happened between the hotel and Trip.com, both teams tried their best to solve the issue and support us. Special thanks to the Trip.com lady (sorry that I forgot to ask for her name) who spoke with me several rounds for exploring solutions. Heartfelt thanks to Mr. Roger Yao (the manager on duty of Ultraman Hotel in the afternoon on 05Apr) who successfully made my son happy again after a disappointment. Will definitely stay again and recommend to friends.

It was truly an exciting experience for Ultraman fans..the moment we stepped into the hotel area, man-size Ultraman figurines can be seen everywhere. The Ocean park was also a wonderful experience, especially the Ultraman show in the ultraman theme theatre. The concierge staff was extremely helpful and nice though he is just an intern. This experience is just awesome!

The long-awaited trip to Ultraman Hotel + Ocean Park arrived as scheduled. There is a special channel for check-in in Haichang Hotel. During the period, children will draw a card. The one drawn is Ultraman Orb. At present, you cannot choose the room. The room we went to is Belia and Torrekia.
The hotel is full of Ultraman elements. The gift in the room is a pillow and two game tokens, which can be played in the game room.
The room is clean and tidy, and it is a standard parent-child hotel.
It takes three minutes downstairs to reach the entrance of the park. It is really convenient to enter the park unlimited times for two days.
