The bed has other peoples hair in it. The towels were dirty. The windows didn’t close properly so all the noise from the other rooms echoed into the room. The smells from their cooking filled the room and it was unbearable.

#negative #I was disappointed with the Hotel Smell, Room Layout, Convenience of Transport, Safety, Corridor Soundproofing, Mosquito Control Measures; 店员服务态度极差颠倒是非，酒店为入住，4:50预定，7:00本人临时有事取消酒店入住，并跟酒店店员，电话两次说明清楚取消预订，店员以各种理由拒绝退款，最终在平台协商下仅退回少量金额
