It was pleasant to stay in this hotel. Breakfast was good.
The lobby people are not so good to speak English, but we could understand what we need.

Location is not ideal but the hotel itself is nice. Rooms are spacious and relatively clean. Bathroom and shower are clean too. Staff is kind. Would stay again.

非必要不住，除非你是煙客！
衞生條件很差，馬桶不是全智能的！衹有坐墊加熱和沖水！這點在攜程上的訊息有誤啊！
服務人員愛理不理，經理更是把我們顧客的反映當作理所當然！
整四樓五樓都是煙味，房間裏煙味會從排氣管出來。我一整晚悶在房間，薰得頭痛，整個衣服都是煙味，走廊也是一股味道。
第二早7點跟經理反映了，等到了下午1點才換去隔壁房間，這樣忽悠我有意思嗎？
問了客房阿姨説有煙味，大家都沉默，顯然我不是第一個投訴了。跟經理反映了也衹是一笑置之，根本不想處理。把我換去四樓還是一樣的問題。忍不了直接走人。真的氣死我！

多次入住了，每次都被升房，還是很讚的。
房間沒有地毯，我覺得就能乾淨很多。（個人怪癖）
迷你吧的飲料都免費，小餅乾很好吃，不膩不油。
雖然每次都沒看影音系統，房間確實很大。
吹風機是dyson的，還有咖啡機和皮爺膠囊咖啡，拖鞋和浴袍都很舒服，洗漱備品也都挺好的。（還是很吸引人的）
酒店的智能電話能送很多物品，還很周到的。
早餐很簡單，但都足夠了。
整體來説，硬件還是很不錯。
