説實話優點很多，千萬別被外面的樓道嚇到，裏面真的很通透，很乾凈，很舒服的，而且房東很好，是乾淨的，會清洗.

乾淨整潔且舒適，最重要的是超級美貌！這個地腳這個窗景，找不到比閑適更精準的形容詞了。房間跟老闆拍的一個樣子，很精緻。貼心的是民宿裏還準備了一把傘，雖然當晚天氣預報不很準，但帶出門確實會從容很多。

地理位置真的是超級好，高分餐廳環繞，早C晚A都能滿足，離環貿步行10分鐘，地鐵去哪都方便。房間和圖片一樣，空間利用很合理，小空間住起來很温馨舒服。樓梯很有老上海的年代感，特別的體驗。需要提前準備好毛巾牙刷和紙巾，要是忘記準備點外賣也很方便。

還蠻不錯的，千萬不要單單被樓梯嚇壞，自己帶個小電筒！進房間之後，別有洞天，很喜歡這種小小的，還挺温馨的小房子，洗澡間有暖風的哦，洗澡很舒服的，空調也給力，早上隔壁老大爺醒的還蠻早的，哈哈，大家都不容易，一大早就起來為新的一天忙碌奔波！！晚上其實還是蠻安靜的，鬧中取靜！周邊酒吧很多呢，小小一間你以為不起眼，裏面卻擠滿了年輕人！！對了離不遠的陝西南路上有家雞蛋餅不錯，做早飯也很可以哦！！總之體驗感還不錯！房東人也蠻好的！會介紹好吃的！

房東人很好！溝通全程無障礙。房源和圖片相符～雖然在老校區裏，房內的軟裝和設施設計很現代並且舒適温馨！每天看着老爺老太太們在樓下院子裏聊天也很有生活氣息。廚房有電磁爐和抽油煙機，洗手間還有暖風。適合1～2個人的小天地～

住過多間市中心的民宿賓館甚至是青旅,這個房子寬敞明亮乾淨,設備新,叫外賣吃不完放冰箱然後微波爐可以熱這個好評｡洗澡的水很好調｡安裝的新空調也很舒適｡房子離地鐵站近｡小區也很安全｡不過夜晚回去樓梯的確有點陡和樓梯燈少,小心點就行｡性價比還是高的｡
