We booked this hotel because it stays away from the main tourist hotspots, and we get to enjoy the serenity of the city. Very near to the metro. The receptionist is friendly and helpful, room is alright too, spacious and clean. Room keeping could be improved, cleanliness around hotel common area is not consistent. But overall we had a lovely time here!

I came to Ruijin for a follow-up visit. I had a sore throat after surgery, and they changed me to a ventilated room. It was clean and hygienic, and the front desk guy and girl were very kind.
