首先這個酒店服務很差、訂房的時候提前備註，要一個安靜的，到了以後説我訂的房間沒有了，然後美其名曰給我升房，每天一大早還有晚上地鐵聲音很吵、根本就睡不好，再説衞生，房間一股味，房間的插座都是壞的，前台連個牙簽扎頭繩也沒有，自己帶的牙刷，保潔打掃衞生還給我扔了，然後你出去會收到酒店人給你打電話説工程要進房間按置物架，然後回去發現置物架也沒按，也不知道進房間幹嘛了，早餐更是垃圾，基本沒什麼吃的，雞蛋就做成這樣，住酒店一定要避雷，很吵根本沒法睡

酒店不錯，很有特點，地鐵在樓下竄過，孩子特意要體驗下，有點燥音，前台服務人員提前會告知。離地鐵站很近，樓下就有吃的，“小楊煎包”“密雪冰城”，孩子喜歡。房間挺乾淨，早餐也挺好，雖然不大，但該有的都有。

給我們升級了豪華間背靠地鐵，景觀不錯，很安靜。
唯一一個，我是光敏人，化粧鏡帶燈入睡有些困難，可以改進下。另外洗澡間可以加多幾個掛鈎。

入住體驗超乎預期！房間寬敞明亮，打掃得一塵不染，床品親膚柔軟，躺下瞬間就放鬆了。衞生間乾濕分離做得很好，洗漱用品品質不錯。特別喜歡床頭兩側都有充電插座，非常貼心。空調運行安靜，Wi-Fi信號強且穩定，辦公娛樂都無壓力。酒店位置便利，步行可達兩大商圈 蟠龍天地和天空之城。整體住宿舒適度和服務都令人滿意，非常值得推薦，給人一種家的感覺，24h服務，進電梯需要刷卡，安全私隱也不錯，下次還會選擇這裏！

位置在地鐵邊上出行很方便，有免費停車場可以停車很方便，早餐很好吃種類非常豐富，健身房設備齊全，樓下有711便利店，買日常用品方便，很滿意入住給人到了自己家的感覺，enen服務態度很好，很耐心，總之很不錯的入住體驗，剛好訂的房間還有窗景，太賞心悦目了！這個窗景是我最滿意的！
