SOMLAND CHONGMING

For a short trip during the New Year, I chose Chongming Songman. We arrived at 3pm. After a short wait, I watched the scenery on a small bamboo chair on the river bank. The housekeeper brought delicious pear soup. Songman has only nine rooms. We stayed in the Mijia, which is on the second floor. There is a small balcony and a hot spring bath next to the window. There is a projection, and I watched a classic old movie lying on the bed. Dinner was ordered in advance, private dishes, braised Chongming lamb, and cabbage in chicken soup, which were very delicious. Lunch was another set of cuisines, and I liked the home-cooked yellow croaker the most. You can take a walk in the nearby small forest during the day and meet cute little orange cats. This homestay is very quiet. The service staff are friendly and considerate. A good place to spend a slow time on weekends.

Work was very busy before the New Year. Two days before the New Year, I hurriedly started looking for hotels. I wanted to accompany the elderly and children. Finally, I chose this hotel which is very close to Shanghai - Songman. At first, I was attracted by the photos of Ctrip. The unique appearance, simple living conditions, and the small hot spring in the room are suitable for children to play in the water. The butler-style service after checking in surprised us. Every moment of the three days and two nights made people feel very warm. Although it is a homestay, every detail is in accordance with the star-rated hotel. There are some small surprises from time to time. It can be seen that this is a homestay that is managed with care. All young people are working hard to make it shine. At first, I was worried about the quality of the meal, but I didn’t expect it to taste great. My father ate a whole eight-treasure rice at a time and praised the excellent cooking skills. He took four away before leaving. The hotel also specially arranged various New Year activities every afternoon. I had a very comfortable Spring Festival here. When the spring is warm and the weather is beautiful, we will come again😊😊
