Checked in on March 22, not sure if it was because the room was old or because it was not cleaned properly?
Other hotels give toothbrushes when you check in, I called to ask for them.
I called to ask if there were any rooms and they said there was only one on the 18th floor. After talking for a long time, I was transferred to a room on the 17th floor. The attitude was not enthusiastic and it was very uncomfortable.
On March 23, the hotel called to ask how I was? I thought it was average.
