Very near Shanghai Hongqiao airpot, convenient for passengers flying from there. Need around few minutes walk over. Should have more English signs, providing it is airpot hotel. Thanks.

Facilities: Full of technology, smart robots deliver things to your door, smart curtains, smart toilets, and the decoration is also very technological. The bed and pajamas are very comfortable and soft, so I fell asleep immediately when I lay on the bed. I plan to buy pajamas of the same style as the hotel at Huazhu Mall online. Health: quite clean, very new hotel. Environment: Very close to the airport, about 500m, only a five-minute walk. Service: The service is very good. We helped to upgrade the room for free. There was a slight problem with the facilities in the first room, so I contacted the front desk to help change it immediately.

Really nice. The staff was very friendly and didn't treat me any differently than their chinese guests. A cool feature in the room was the blue leisure light. The breakfast was really good. If you want to go to places like Disney or the Bund, it's about 30-45 minutes by car. I personally didn't mind.

The hotel is located just next to the Hongqiao International Airport. It’s great if you plan to have an early flight. The ambience of the hotel it’s vintage Chinese style, almost as if you are going back in time in Shanghai. As you enter there is a reception area and next to it there is a vintage camera and a carriage set with with traditional clothes. This just gives an idea of what to expect. The staff is very friendly although they don’t speak English and they upgraded our room for free. From there on, we went to our room which was on the 3rd floor and entering inside it’s like being in the olden times. Everything has exquisite gold touches and the ambience is very classic. The room was very clean and it also had a mini fridge. The view from our window was the hotel garden which is a great sight for sore eyes. We had the buffet breakfast and it was mostly Chinese breakfast but it was well prepared and food was really good. We really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it to anyone.❤️

I booked this purely because it's close to the train station. I was only staying overnight on the way back to the city I do live in. But the room was great weirdly high tech, but with fantastic stay for one night. Actually, if I was going to Shanghai and wanted to be in that region of Shanghai, I would probably stay there again.

We had a very enjoyable stay at this lovely hotel, conveniently located within walking distance of the Hongqiao transport hub. There is a wonderful choice of eateries on a food street just across the road and the breakfast at the Mercure is also copious and delicious. Excellent service, very friendly staff who do everything to provide a pleasant environment for their guests. I am familiar with the Mercure chain and I would not hesitate to give this top class hotel a five star recommendation in all categories.

I stayed for one night, and had a comfortable stay at this hotel. The staff quickly checked me in and my room and bathroom were spotless. There's even a retractable clothesline in the shower, if you need that. I ordered room service and was very pleased. It came in under 30 minutes, and was pretty tasty. My only concern was that the tea/coffee set strangely had no spoons or anything to stir with, but otherwise, no complaints from me. I would definitely stay here again, if I need a quick hotel room near to the Hongqiao Railway Station.

The stay in Hongqiao Airport is better than expected. There are really a lot of food around. There are buses to Hongqiao Airport (but the shuttle bus interval may be a bit long, every 30-40 minutes). The sanitary environment of the room is still good. At least I didn't see hair on the bed and no smell in the room, but if someone smokes in the next room, there will be a strong smell of smoke in the corridor, but not in the room. The soundproofing is really average, but it does not affect my work and rest (I am a pregnant woman). Overall, I think the price/performance ratio is very high. I will come back next time.

The hotel is very close to Terminal 1, about 15 minutes walk, but due to the uneven roadside, it is more difficult to drag large luggage. It is commendable that the service is very good, the sanitation is also relatively clean, but the facilities are really aging too serious, and don’t be the air conditioner. The sound is particularly loud. It affects sleep a little.
