I had a pleasant stay at Citigo House, Staffs were bery accommodating and attentive to your needs. I was also given a free upgraded spacious room with bathtub that is also very convenient and accessible to my friend's room. The room amenities were perfect . Bed and linens were very comfy. The location is very convenient and safe . It is bery close to metro stations and nearby supermarket and malls. What I really love in this place is that the area location is very clean and quiet. After a long day of touring around the city center., you can peacefully rest and relax in your room. I highly recommend Citigo House.. snd will definitely choose to stay again on my next visit in Shanghai.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. I booked the hotel for its proximity to Sanda University. The first few days we had to stay inside because of the typhoon but luckily it has an indoor pool, tv to watch the Olympics or even HBO, a spa, gym, and a few games downstairs in a small play area. There are 2 restaurants inside plus it’s very near many small stores and restaurants for your convenience. They had a resident artist on site during my stay. The hotel manager on duty and in the restaurant were very personable. Check in and out went smooth. My room was very comfortable and kept clean. Laundry service came by to check if I needed my clothes tended to and cleaning management also stopped by to see if my room had been cleaned properly.

On the first day, the quilt that I slept on had blood stains on it. I checked in too late and didn't look carefully. Only found out the next morning, When I went out, I happened to meet the aunt who changed the linen, so I told her, I told my aunt that I just need to change the quilt. As a result, my aunt threw away a large box of Zhen Ding chicken that I left on the table and left it unfinished😭

The breakfast was very rich, the room was very clean, and the sound effect was very good. The view is also very wide. I forgot to pick up something when I checked out, and the lady at the front desk took the initiative to help mail it. She had a nice voice.

前台小姐姐，服務態度非常好，進門就可以聽到打招呼的聲音。辦理入住的速度也很快，主動幫忙搬行李，房間衞生特別乾淨，客房阿姨也特別有禮貌，關鍵是附近吃飯特別方便，而且交通也方便。出門就有公交站，強烈推薦大家來住
