The hotel environment is very good. The housekeeper Lily will add WeChat in advance before check-in. You can contact her at any time if you have any questions during your stay. She is very enthusiastic. The hotel has billiards🎱, and the children have a lot of fun. The food in the western restaurant is also delicious. When checking in, the front desk manager also upgraded us to a lake view room. It is recommended for family stays, and it is close to Fengjing Ancient Town and Kaitai Farm.

Area is mostly Chinese locals, but hotel staff spoke enough English to check-in and out and amenities are suitable for Westerners. Hotel was basically empty on a Sunday when I went. It’s a minute away from a subway station and has a mall within 7 minutes walking distance. Hotel exterior is nice but little things show that it could use a renovation overall. Rooms are quite dated.

Very good location close to underground metro, close to shopping and many choices of restaurants and food. Next to the Shanghai Circus which I found the show very fascinating and worth seeing. The hotel has a swimming pool and a large well equiped fitness gym. The Reception staff are all friendly and helpful. Concierge is efficient n helpful with parcel and food order delivery as well. I stayed at deluxe king bed room which is a big and good size for 2 persons. Breakfast offered good range of food and vegetables. Overall my 7 nights stay has been very pleasant.

Nearby honggqiao airport or train station is good choice for transit passengers. Nice room with reasonable price. Definitely will come back again for transit purposes in future.

The rooms were clean but super hot. The AC was not working yet because it is too early. They promoting the bar in lobby but it was not open. They have a vendor machine you can buy drinks and there is street food later in front of the hotel. They offer a shuttle bus for Disneyland for free. That worked super well. Breakfast was good and has many choices.

The front desk manager Xiao Yuan is very friendly and helpful. The room is large, spacious and comfortable, the decoration design is elegant, the staff is very friendly, the room supplies are very good, the breakfast is rich, and the parking is free. Next time I have the opportunity, I will choose Nanjing R&F Wanda Realm Hotel again.
