Had a great night at this hotel. The hotel's environment is elegant and tranquil, with a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The service staff Xiaobai always has a smile on his face and is warm and friendly. Whether he is receptionist or room service, he makes people feel warm. The room is spacious and bright, with reasonable layout and good hygiene. The hotel's facilities are also very complete, including gyms, swimming pools, etc., which allowed us to enjoy a variety of leisure time. We recommend everyone to stay here

Very good location close to underground metro, close to shopping and many choices of restaurants and food. Next to the Shanghai Circus which I found the show very fascinating and worth seeing. The hotel has a swimming pool and a large well equiped fitness gym. The Reception staff are all friendly and helpful. Concierge is efficient n helpful with parcel and food order delivery as well. I stayed at deluxe king bed room which is a big and good size for 2 persons. Breakfast offered good range of food and vegetables. Overall my 7 nights stay has been very pleasant.

Easy to access via a taxi. Nice clean rooms. Easy check in and out and a decent breakfast. The pool table in the lobby is a nice addition. The gym is also reasonable.

The rooms were clean but super hot. The AC was not working yet because it is too early. They promoting the bar in lobby but it was not open. They have a vendor machine you can buy drinks and there is street food later in front of the hotel. They offer a shuttle bus for Disneyland for free. That worked super well. Breakfast was good and has many choices.
