I don’t usually like to write comment or reviews. But the front desk (Kimi) he is genuinely nice, what an excellent service! We had our rooms upgraded for free. The rooms are big and well maintained. For this price, it’s one of the best in Pudong hotels. Breakfast is a nice variety buffet. But I would not recommend the lunch. It’s a simple dimsum Chinese restaurant, if you’re not a fan of dimsum or steam buns don’t purchase the add-ons lunch. Just enjoy the room staycation with bathtub, outdoor swimming pool, gym, a sauna and jacuzzi, what else do you want? Also it’s worth to mention it’s only 5mins. walk to Aldi, get all the snacks you want and you won’t be disappointed. Convenient location! just few minutes walk to metro Line 9. Great stay!

As per certain reviews, location of hotel is generally convenient but not really near the metro station (as indicated) considered within the Pudong business district. Traffic seems light throughout the day + free parking space provided + retail shops and restaurants surrounding the site made up for whatever disadvantages. First thing you’ll notice (for most people I guess) is the staff’s attitude/ attention standards when checking in, also their speedy response when approaching housekeeping and then the breakfast service in the mornings are all pretty good. An above average breakfast experience means 1) varieties of food 2) comfortable environment 3) overall hygiene, including those of cutleries and their attentiveness to clearing the plates/ tables. Thumbs up for almost every area, not forgetting the tiny gym plus outdoor pool (although water not heated but warm enough during summer) except for the rooms looked “a little tired” (as mentioned earlier by others) due to the age of the building and the only unacceptable two items: pillows are “too soft” and insufficient (selection of) channels on the television! Still cannot understand why (even for during our last outing at one of Hampton, digital media was not available) at this current moment of time, I expect more from a five-star rated operator.

I had a good stay at Karry hotel pudong for a weekend. The swimming pool and Kid play ground were amazing for 5 and 7 years kids. All the staffs were kind and nice, they cares customers well. Room condition was also good. And extra bed was simply arranged for kid. Karry hotel pudong was really family friendly hotel and wanted to stay soon. Special thanks to Lobby manager Sierra for kind service and hospitality.

Fantastic! Locate right across the road to the exhibition center, subway entrance in right next to the lobby entrance. Across the road many eateries and night outing too. The family room's bathroom has no privacy.. travel with kids is fine but if u travel with siblings then.... 7th floor consist of all the facilities, superb. Cold and fire room, warm water pool, indoor swimming pool, good gym facilities.. just that the center area is under renovation closed for guest.

The location is great, and I enjoyed the access to shopping and food outside the hotel. The lobby area and facilities upon entry are well laid out, so the aesthetic is quite pleasant in this area is quite pleasing. A pleasant and welcoming greeting by the staff at the front desk was a good start. The food was just okay; I ate it because I needed to eat something before travel, but the meal was a bit lacking. The overall presentation, food layout, server actions, and food options all need to be improved. Even the way the table is cleared after someone eats is not at all done well. A bit of training in food presentation and service would make a world of difference. The room I was assigned upon arrival looked clean but had an awfully stale body odor. I noticed that the window was left open, possibly for the same reason, but I requested a different room. This situation was promptly fixed, as I was given a different room, which I felt more comfortable in. I would definitely stay at this hotel again and hope that improvements will be made to make the experience a better one. Hallway carpets are beautiful but in dire need of vacuuming to uplift guest entry to the room. Again, excellent location, and with improvements, it will be an all-around excellent experience.

Environment: The location of the hotel is next to the community. Then it's super quiet. The hotel lobby + interior are very nice. I'm a relatively picky person when it comes to setup, but at this price it's really okay for this environment. Sanitation: No way! Facilities: basically everything is available. Very good experience and value for money. Huge draw is the location - which is situated right above exit 4 of the Century Park station. It is really much quieter from the buzz in downtown Lujiazui, which is what I was looking for exactly. There's a KFC and Family Mart just beside the hotel, and if you need more serious grocery shopping, a supermarket across the road. I didn't use much of the amenities, though the front line staff were very helpful when I reached out and enquired more about the area. Checking in and out was a breeze. Room is fairly spacious, in my opinion, though a little old, but acceptable. Should also mention that my room came with a spacious balcony, which allows a view of the beautiful Century Park. Very good experience, and I will certainly stay here again if I'm visiting Shanghai.

Experience at Park View Hotel is always very good!! When I come to Shanghai I stay there…it’s close to metro station and at the same time in the park so you don’t feel the rush of the big city.. and especially I want to say many thanks to Eve, who is always very professional with me and makes sure each of my stay is always very warm. This is a very serious review. First of all, the first thing I feel is the service. The service is very good. I had to catch a flight for a day. After getting off the bus, the front desk clerk helped me with my luggage and sent it to my room. It was super heart-warming. It’s about hygiene. The cleaning is also very clean. It would be terrible if the hygiene is not clean when staying in a hotel when going out, but I feel very comfortable and neat here. It’s super great. I like it very much. I will stay here next time. I give this store 5 stars. I went to Shanghai on a business trip. The hotel was very considerate. There was a free shuttle bus to the exhibition🚌. The breakfast was also good. It deserves to be a five-star hotel. The room was clean and the service was very good. It was raining heavily when I checked out. The room is not big, but the layout is reasonable, warm and comfortable. It would be better if the bed could be harder. Mainly because I can't stand a bed that is too soft. It is hygienic, clean and tidy. The waiter in the foyer was very enthusiastic. He drove himself to the door and took the initiative to help carry the luggage. He greeted him when he came in and out. Parking was also very convenient, and there was a parking space at the door. The location is also very good, a few hundred meters away from the Line 14 subway station, making travel convenient.

Is located in a quieter business neighborhood. 👩🏻💻 Staff really helpfully and friendly, everyone I had contact spoke fluent English. 🛏️ Lovely room, bathtub (little small) comfy bed (hot duvet), nice views. If you want to eat something after 9 p.m., buy ahead or ask for shipping, there is a nearby store where you can buy cookies and soft drinks.
