I accidentally booked the wrong hotel. Same branch but different location and with amazing help of reception lady it was sorted and fixed within 30 mins. Amazing service. Fantastic buffet breakfast and lovely staff. It’s my home base in Hing an Shanghai!!! Thanks so much

This is a large hotel with international standards of service and international clientele. Breakfast is excellent and city views from rooms on higher floors are very attractive.

This was my first time staying here at UrCove. Great location, close to the Metro station ( line 14), amazing staff, comfy bed, amazing shower and I love that a few snacks are complimentary in the fridge. My only complaint was on my first morning waking up, I smelled cigarette smoke from another room or hallway. It was bad! I reported it to the front desk right away and they went to check other rooms. Well, it worked, as the next morning I smelled no smoke at all. Thanks! I'd definitely return on another visit!

This was a great find. We stayed here with two adults and an 8 and 6 year old. Mostly we were impressed with the service and how quick the owner was to respond to our needs. We enjoyed the area and the 10 min walk to the subway passed a few good eateries though it was a little outside downtown. Warning! Don't try to take a cab during rush hour. Take the subway or walk it! Would definitely stay here again.

I have stayed in this hotel before when it was the Hilton. It was good then, and it is good even now. It used the home tennis stars during the Tennis Masters tournament in Shanghai. The location is the best part of this hotel. and easy access to Metro stations, the neighboring roads Julu Lu Changle Lu and Fumin Lu are buzzing with activity on weekend nights with their endless bars and restaurants! a great place to chill out, and I did just that. I got upgraded to a fantastic room with a view of Jingan Temple!

The service was nice. The hotel is pretty old and you can feel it after you enter in it. The smell of mold and stain on the walls are not very pleasant. The room is nice, clean and has small window. There is shower and bath tube in the bathroom and it is definitely good. Location of the hotel is fine, not far from the city centre and really convinient for both railway stations: Hongqsiao and main railway station.

The stairs look like this, but you won't be disappointed after entering. The inside was clean, and the counter was upgraded to a big bed room to sleep well. There is a small window that feels good overall ～ I will definitely come next time. It's only a five-minute walk from the subway station.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The room was spacious and comfortable, providing ample space to relax. The convenience of having transportation options nearby made exploring the area hassle-free. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, which added to the overall positive experience.

This is a diamond in the raw. You can barely find this type of decoration with details that make it a very pleasant space to be at, the rooms are very big for what you are paying and the unique layout (exactly as shown in the pictures) is beautiful and comfortable, the experience is different than the typical hotel room. Building and rooms are always clean, no bad smells around. Yes, breakfast is a mess, but hey, the room includes the breakfast for the same price, I don’t understand why people complain about it since the location is so great that you can walk less than 500 meters and already can have breakfast in a different place for a whole month ! As the hotel has its years already, shower pressure is not the best, the air conditioning system is already good for a nice upgrade, and some small details are looking out of date… yet again, you have a huge and unique room, comfortable king size beds, very clean and in the middle of one of the best areas to stay in Shanghai, for a more than reasonable price. I very much recommend it, I’ll be staying there again on my next travel to Shanghai.

I always enjoye staying at this nice location hotel .Location is close to the subway, stores and restaurants.Staff was very friendly and accommodating . The room was spacious clean and very quiet the beds really comfortable .
