The staff are very welcoming and helpful at all times, good customer servive. Room is beautiful, clean and and comfortable. Location is great, very convenient to everything. If I come to Shanghai next time, I will come back and book the room with view.

A warm welcome from the moment we stepped into the hotel entrance. We were ushered to the lobby at level 101. There we met our butler Alex and we had our refreshments at the lobby with spectacular view. A special shout out to the Hi tea session. Food and services were fabulous. We enjoyed it very much. As well as the magic show. Kudos to the Magician who made our day. The hotel tour was amazing, thank you Jan 真真 for her good effort for showing us around , it was very educational. We didn't get the chance to dine at the Chinese restaurants as there were fully booked. What ashamed! Breakfast spread was interesting. Crew were very attentive. Our room was clean and comfortable. The pillow selection was another brilliant move. Very much appreciated. Front desk Joejoe was courteous and friendly. After all, thank you J Hotel and the crew for an unforgettable experience throughout our stay.

I live in Shanghai Metropolis, so a long weekend break in Songjiang was much-needed, and your hotel was my first pick as I am an IHG Member!!!!! Just take a look at my photos, and you'll see my happy face!! The experience at the hotel and the surrounding area was fabulous!!!! Wonderful, helpful, pleasant, smiling staff - from GM Richard Hng, to Director of Rooms, Mike, to Alisa who told me about my gift at check-out, to Seven at check-in, to Alex the bus-boy who carried my luggage and was so helpful , to the doorman who hailed me taxis and held the door open . . . .to the dining staff...to the housekeeping staff.....THANK YOU for my wonderful memories!!! Songjiang is beautiful and cultural..I enjoyed Guangfulin Park, a ride on the Green Line in a tram, Thames Town, and, of course, meeting friendly people, so wonderful as I travel everywhere alone!! I hope to return to your area in March for the sakura in the park!!

After experiencing the luxurious service and comfortable facilities of Senz Hotel, I can't help but give high praise to this hotel and their management team, as well as Yiko of the front desk. Senz Hotel, from the moment you step into the lobby, you will feel at home. The lobby is modern and culturally rich, spacious and elegant, and the staff is very warm and thoughtful, and their professional and meticulous service attitude makes people admire. The accommodation environment here is spacious and quiet, which makes people completely relax and feel rare comfort and tranquility. However, what impressed me most was the management team of Senz. They won our respect with excellent management and professional service. From the overall operation of the hotel to the details, whether it is room service, catering service or other needs, they can get a quick and satisfactory response. This efficient and energetic team ensured that every need of ours was met, bringing us an excellent accommodation experience. Next is Estilo Restaurant. The food here is simply amazing! From the diversity and characteristics of the menu to the chef's superb cooking skills, to the delicious dishes, everything is amazing. Moreover, their service is first-rate, from pre-meal preparation to post-meal finishing, every link is well organized and meticulous. Whether it is a gathering with friends or a business banquet, Estilo Restaurant is an ideal choice. Special thanks to Mr. Noel and Charles for their hospitality. As for Ivy at the Spa, her professional skills and friendly service are unforgettable. Her massage techniques are skillful and in place, which makes me feel extremely relaxed and relieved after a busy work. Ivy is extremely sensitive to the needs of each guest and can accurately provide the most appropriate SPA services. Her professional knowledge and enthusiastic service made my experience in the Spa reach the extreme. Overall, Senz Hotel, Estilo Restaurant and the Spa have provided us with excellent service and experience. Whether it is the facilities, services or the professionalism of the management team, I am deeply satisfied. I highly recommend Senz Hotel and Estilo Restaurant to all friends who are looking for high-quality services and food, and I would also like to thank Ivy for the meticulous SPA service she provided us. I look forward to visiting Senz Hotel and Estilo Restaurant again to experience their excellent service and food again.

A nice, conveniently situated hotel in walking distance (c. 20 mins.) from HongQiao Train Station - and a bit longer for the HongQiao Airport. The room was spacious enough, with a kitchen area. However some choices in the decoration did not make much sense, for example in the corner of the room was a sofa looking very closing at a wall (no space or even the existence of a screen opposite). The room floor was clean, but details that matter indicated not too much attention on the room - the wall was black from shoes in higher places (e.g. opposite the sofa), the shower area and the bathroom mirror were cleaned very hastily with marks from a wet wiping cloth. Finally, some things that should be there were missing (e.g. bathroom robe). Overall, a good location, but the price does not equal the general status of the offering - the robe, cleaning level, and room decoration/plan.

Our honeymoon trip in China got off to a rocky start in Nanjing, but everything turned around the moment we arrived in Shanghai and checked into this hotel. From the smooth and fast check-in process handled by Nana, who was polite and welcoming, to the exceptional service provided throughout our stay, the experience was truly picture-perfect. Echo, Gloria, and Sally were incredibly helpful, assisting us with questions about Taobao deliveries, local attractions, and requests for extra amenities like toiletries, towels, and water. On our second night, Annie and Manager Jocelyn warmly greeted us, congratulated us on our wedding and honeymoon, and made us feel genuinely valued with their thoughtful gestures. It was a pleasant surprise that the entire team seemed aware of our special occasion and consistently wished us happiness throughout our stay. When it was time to check out, Jocelyn and Fenty assisted us with our luggage, transportation inquiries to the railway station for the next leg of our trip, and even went the extra mile to help ship our remaining Taobao parcels to our final destination. Our only minor concern is the distance to the nearest station, which is about a 16-minute walk; a shuttle service would make this hotel a perfect 10/10. Nevertheless, with the outstanding hospitality we received, this hotel is a solid 9.9/10, and we are deeply grateful to the entire team for making our honeymoon stay so memorable. Great view for a short time staycation, some of the decoration near the room door was unstable, might need to get fixed. The Chinese restaurant on the 43 floor worth a try, we ordered Beijing duck, a salad, fried rice with black truffle, and a dessert which looks like lychee, the dinner cost more than the room rate, but it’s worth a try.

great stay at hotel, great location near the bund & metro & eateries, nice room deco, comfy bed & pillows. Manner coffee is just next door. Highly recommended to stay in shanghai.

Great stay again ! Happy to return back to this hotel. Convenient location for leisure and business mix. To get to both hong qiao , Pudong and downtown via taxi or metro which is about 5-10 mins walk. Staff are super helpful with any enquiries, courier help and welcoming - makes you feel at home away from home. View from the back is local hood, front is park, they don’t allow outsiders to roam around upstairs , deliveries are by robot to the rooms. Small self service laundry down stairs with a few cardio machines.

The hotel smell with cigarettes. We had to stay at the room full of the cigarette smell for the night coz we arrived late and couldn’t be bothered to change room. It was great they changed the room straight away but then I smell the cigarette again at the corridor. It’s a non smoking hotel but guests are still allowed to smoke in the room. The laundry was disgusting, I can’t wash the clothes coz the washing machine was full of detergent and dryer wasn’t working. The room was big though and location was good Will not stay here again.
