I know the situation at the moment meant we couldn’t eat in the dining room, but the food on offer was cold, had obviously been there a long time and there was hardly any left. We went quite early in the morning too. The plug in our bath tub also couldn’t even close properly so would obviously not stay full for long. Our duvet smelt of smoke too.

A very nice and unique hotel in Shanghai. Location is perfect, with lots of eateries around. Beddings are comfortable. There seem a lot of events abd weddings going everyday. We chosed this hotel because of XIN LIU /Liu Yu Xin XANADU concert Shanghai station (15mins walking distance to the arena). The service, cleanliness, amenities are great and awesome. The staffs are friendly and good especially 小肖 and 乔经理 who helped with our check in. Wanna to give a special shout out to an extremely helpful receptionist guy who helped to pay our cab fare when our Alipay transaction failed, thank you! Location is peaceful and serene. A tranquil stay indeed 👍🏻

I had an excellent experience and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The room was lovely - spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean. Tommy Ma handled my check-in and was incredibly friendly and hospitable. His top-notch customer service really made me feel welcome. I will definitely be staying at this hotel again during my future visits. The entire staff provided five-star service that made my trip remarkable. I cannot recommend this hotel enough for travelers looking for a fantastic place to stay.

Selected the hotel as a trip.com diamond member and was offered to be given the benefit of accessing the hotel lounge which turned out to be a disappointment as the so called happy hour had nothing much except a couple of plates of snacks and some drinks. The lounge service is pretty ordinary, staff there were kind of so bored standing round. This is a total gimmick from both the hotel and Trip.com . However, the breakfast was good with a nice range of selections and decent service. Overall, the hotel amenities are starting to look dated and tired and the pool was tiny with the surrounding facilities look also a bit shabby. The 5 star status remain to be challenged.
