The breakfast variety is quite standard, but it is better than takeout. There are buses to the Safari Park and Disney. I will stay here again when I go to Disney next time.

Building decoration around the hotel, the sound of electric saws and electric drills was very harsh. After arriving in the shop in the afternoon, the room could not stay at all. I asked the boss that work would be suspended when it was dark, so I had to go out and hide quietly. Because the hotel is relatively close to the safari park, I booked this hotel for a little more sleep the next day. Who knew that the renovation would start at 6:40 the next day, and it was too painful to be forced to get up! The zoo opened at 9 o'clock, and finally insisted to leave before 8 o'clock. I think the hotel should inform this situation in advance and will not consider staying in the future.

When we first checked in, the young lady at the front desk was very helpful and helped us push our luggage up. Every hotel staff was very enthusiastic and made people feel very comfortable. The environment was also great, and the most important thing was that it was clean and hygienic! We upgraded the room type and staying in this hotel at this price is really a great value! Booked hotel for going to zoo. Location is quite close to the zoo. Hotel locates in a community mall, from 5th floor onwards. There is a shuttle service departs at 9.30 am. Pick up service from zoo to hotel at 5.00 pm. Check-in was fast, receptionists were friendly. Room could be cleaner, particularly in corners. Carpet floor helps to absorb the noise but not from the constructed road, nevertheless it was ok. Room has no fridge, but nearby there are few convenience shops. Our room was a bit smelly, which cause by the open toilet. The floor it self is sticky cause some guests smoked in front of the elevator. Negative point was to found out that there is no kids playground anymore. Very disappointed, as it has been advised in trip. Breakfast was ok, Chinese food. No bread and proper coffee. Just for a stay, overnight is ok. Surroundings are fine to dine out. Check Out was fast without any complication. Ah, no gifts for our kid as all other reviewers mentioned.

Great location if you are going Disneyland, hotel provides free shuttle. The day I went to Disney, it was raining very badly, but hotel staff would have raincoats sold to us at much cheaper price than in the park. They also provide a guide for in the park, knowing the park is very crowded, would want to be strategical with what you want to do. They also provide free breakfast and late night supper, perfect for the time before and after the park visit!

Service is great! Super recommend! Free airport pick-up service by the hotel. Even though I don't own a China phone number, they still arrange the car on time to pick us up. They do have free shuttle bus to Disneyland & metro station also which is super duper convenient! Ps: They provide ginger tea & snacks for us to eat after our trip in Disneyland. Apart from that, the room hygiene is just perfect, breakfast is great, staff is helpful! They also prepare souvenir for us when we check-out, some snacks & keychain. Definitely will come back to the hotel when i visit Shanghai again! Will rate it 10 out of 10 for this hotel!

超預期的滿意，娃一直心心念念上海野生動物園，無奈太遠需要住一晚，這家橘子太合適了！離開地鐵站很近，而且打車去野生動物園也衹要10多分鐘，驚喜的是，酒店有接送班車，太貼心！可能我們是親子游，從前台到打掃阿姨都很親和，還有幸見到了老闆娘，給我們升級了房間，空間很大，乾乾淨淨，充滿陽光，絕對對得起這個價格了！建議大家可以三天兩晚，這樣有送有接，一點不累！早飯也挺合適，樓下還有免費停車位，記得問前台要停車券！一切都挺滿意的，下次推薦朋友來～
