預訂前一定要看評價！！想着自己是本地人，華興在印象裏也還可以，就順手定了，沒想到踩巨大的坑！設施非常非常老舊，破爛，臟兮兮的。找不到一個值得表揚的地方。
地毯臟得都包漿了，上面還有各種小碎屑瓜子殼，讓服務員用吸塵器打掃一下吧，人家説吸塵器壞了。房間和走廊的燈非常昏暗，換個燈泡也不貴吧，咋就這麼垃圾呢？大床房是兩張破爛的單人床拼起來的，高低還不一樣，睡的很不舒服。手機不小心掉床頭縫了，挪開床墊一看簡直要被臟的噁心吐了。這是十幾年沒打掃過了吧。一説他們臟吧，前台和樓層的工作人員就説“哎呀我們酒店是十多年了，設施確實有點老化”，我想説，老不是問題，臟才是這個酒店從上到下所有人的又懶又傲慢又不負責任！！酒店搞成這樣，真是對不起本地人民對你們的盲目信任，剛開業那幾年的熱情負責都哪裡去了？大家一定要避雷，別訂這裏！！別訂這裏！！別訂這裏！！

我滴個天啊，好歹外面也算看上去高大上，入住進去真不想説什麼嘞，陰暗潮濕牆面掉粉，燈有的都是壞的，空調是真捨不得開啊，畢竟中央空調，設定權限在商家手裡，晚上冷的像賣火柴的小女孩，都能夢見那已過世的親人，不想説話了，畢竟，自己去體會感受一下吧，我無言以對……

看圖吧，地毯實在是太臟了，燒水壺住進去都是壞的，前台説安排人去換，到退房也沒人去換，房間插座基本沒幾個能用，電話沒線完全都是擺設，衣櫃和桌子上一層灰，房間一股難聞的氣味

衣櫃破的，像是下面有個地道，有點恐怖，地毯全部都是臟的，感覺快要倒閉的一個酒店，強烈建議大家避雷，樓道連個燈都沒有，陰森恐怖，連應急電源的線都拆了，老闆真是節省，建議12點之後把房間的電和空調也停了，這樣成本更低

1、預訂房間與實際入住房間不符。我預訂的是豪華智能雙床房，房費374元，位於10層，給我的卻是普通標間，房費255元，位於9-20層，前台先給我一個位於17樓的房間，拿完房卡後又説17樓房間有人預訂，給了19樓1906號的普通房間。我跟前台還確認過是不是豪華智能雙床房，得到了他的肯定回答。
2、衞生臟亂差！19層走廊沒有燈，需要抹黑打手電筒找房間，房間裏滿地污漬，馬桶不通、第二天白天才派人來通、吹風機是壞的、熱水要放五分鐘才出、房間異味很重、房間插座沒有電，還需要去衞生間充電。一看就很長時間沒有人住過。
3、服務態度差！出這種差錯，可以説是酒店方的責任，但他們一點歉意都沒有，前台態度很差，説要跟經理溝通，打電話給經理卻避而不見，説要跟老闆反映。他們最終我選擇通過平台來處理。案程序給最差的評。
4、酒店方存在欺騙行為。我在預訂前諮詢過，酒店方説房間去年才裝修過，所以我才選擇預訂這一家，而這種衞生環境及設施很明顯是用了很多年沒新裝修過。
5、房間裏連瓶裝水都沒有提供。
酒店方給的解決方案是補房間差價，我不能接受，入住體驗這麼差，我家人整夜根本就沒睡着。我認為即使是普通標間最起碼的乾淨整潔衞生也應該保證，當初選擇華興的原因是我天真地認為貴一點的酒店和房間會有一個好一點的體驗。
總而言之，很失望，酒店不搞好衞生設施搞不好的話就祝早日關業大吉！
