"This is my second stay here. The room is clean and comfortable, making it nice to sleep in. The aircon works very well and keeps the room super cool. The environment was quieter during my previous stay, but this time I could hear some noise from the opposite room. Overall, still a pleasant stay."

"5 stars hotel with good service. First time I am staying in Doubletree by Hilton. Overall the hotel service is good from reception till housekeeping. When I checked in the room, the sofa was missing from my room, and also the bathroom window blind was faulty, but the issues were resolved promptly after my request. Hotel food is delicious as well. The only thing is the location is remote, far from city center, not much shopping option. But it is near to the place where I need to head to the next day."

"The room is okay if you just need a place to stay, but there are loud noises. The toilet light switch seems to trigger sound from the ventilation, and the door to the yard also makes noise. At first, it felt like a *****, but it’s probably just the airflow from above.Can improve to change the curtain to a proper one."

"Requests of masjid view. But need to request again upon check in. Luckily I got it. Book for my Singapore Family stay. Good experience for them. And walking distance to mall just need to cross the road. Overall happy."

"The hotel's location was superb far from hectic traffic of Shah Alam- Setia Alam- the lobby area is huge but looks bored, breakfast menu were amazing. The room is clean and quiet. Staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Just maybe they need to put the sejadah in every single room regardless of people using it or not. Toiletries should be top up at decent amount. Overall 4.5/5."

"Self check in was smooth, the host gave instructions step-by-step on how to check in and collect the keys. It was a pleasant stay and I recommend staying here. They provide air fryer and microwave too. Walking distance to setia city convention centre and setia city mall."

"From the moment we arrived, the staff impressed us with their warmth and friendliness. Although the hotel doesn’t officially provide room service yet, they went the extra mile by delivering our packed meals straight to our room — a thoughtful gesture that didn’t go unnoticed. The room was incredibly spacious with plenty of extra room to move around. I especially loved the bathroom — it was just as roomy, with excellent water pressure and a strong, reliable heater. Everything felt fresh, clean and new. The highlight, was the breathtaking view — a panoramic sweep of Shah Alam that made our stay even more memorable. I rarely give full ratings to hotels, but this one truly earns it. Highly recommended!"
