The hotel is great. We stayed in room 505. However, the cleanliness of the room was appalling. The carpets have bits and pieces of crumbs, and behind the curtains there is some trash not fully cleared. The bed has strains of black hair, which does not belong to us (dyed hair). There were no towels available and only provided upon request. It seems though the room was cleaned in a rush. Mind you we checked in way late after 4 pm. Not all bad though, the breakfast makes up for all the complaints. Breakfast spread was good.

Self check in was smooth, the host gave instructions step-by-step on how to check in and collect the keys. It was a pleasant stay and I recommend staying here. They provide air fryer and microwave too. Walking distance to setia city convention centre and setia city mall.

NNurahClean and comfortable. Big bathroom except additional wall hooks could be installed as currently there is only one wall hook. Finding it hard to hang two or more towels. Love the twin beds.
A good spread of buffet breakfast. Location of hotel is walking less than five minutes to central city shopping mall and across is the i city theme park.
Great service by hotel staffs. The cookies as welcome gift is a great hospitality touch.

While the nasi lemak didn't quite deliver the 'wow' factor, the experience was elevated by securing connecting rooms and a bathtub, all for just MYR200+ per room. Service from the staff was average, so manage your expectations. If I return, it will be primarily for the delectable food.

Took me short time to check in. 5 minutes into the room the front desk employee called us asking about the condition of the room. When turning on the tv, i had a welcoming message with my name spelled out on the screen. Little deeds like the above makes me feel appreciated and this is my first ever experience in my 30 years of hotel living life.
Breakfast is superb. Tonnes of selections be it western or local delicacies. Waiter and waitress are very welcoming and attentive towards the guest needs.
Ample open and free parking spaces opposite the main lobby. It would good if the hotel could build a covered walking path from the parking lot the lobby to help guest from getting wet during rainy day.
Overall it was a pleasant stay.

During this rainy season, is quite headache and Hotel didn't provide services with the help of that, while we arrived have no any attendant provide any service. They're kept standing there and welcome arriving π
Love the swimming pool and the environment, but hope the management can enhanced the cleanliness of the swimming pool.

The exit lift and path towards the hotel have poor ventilation, as it's a closed area without air conditioning, which made it a bit uncomfortable. However, the room itself was very clean, and the bed and pillows were comfortable, making for a restful night.
The bathroom was a bit on the small side, but it was functional. The hotel breakfast was of a standard quality, nothing too special but still decent. One downside was the limited food options in the area, as the hotel is surrounded by an industrial zone.
On the plus side, parking was free and easy to find, which was convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful, which definitely made the stay more pleasant. Overall, it's a good option if you're just looking for a clean, comfortable place to stay with easy access and parking.
