A great place to stay if you’re planning to visit i-City — it’s just a short walk away. As a bonus, guests enjoy complimentary access to the water park when staying at Wyndham. The nearest shopping malls, Central i-City and AEON Bukit Raja, are both easily accessible. There are also plenty of eateries nearby, all within walking distance. If you’re driving, parking is abundant. The room was clean and exactly as advertised. However, some amenities, such as the dental kit and shaving kit, need to be requested separately. I also enjoyed the breakfast. Overall, a very convenient and comfortable stay!

The place had a broken shattaf (bidet). Bathroom lights flickering. Bathroom smelling of a bad odor. Ac in the room when switched on was leaking water. Floors were dirty. I I tried to use the Washing machine and all the water leaked out on the floor. It was spinning just fine but the water didnt drain properly it just leaked outside. Walls had wall paper peeling off from all sides and the wallpaper was so dirty. Iron board was all ripped off. Do not be deceived by pictures you see on the app. I wouldn't come back here unless they were to renovate the place. The place was not maintained at all otherwise the space is beautiful and big. The Chinese guy who came to gice us a new iron board and to help us with the washing machine is a very humble and nice guy. He tried to help us clean the wet floor because of the leakage from the washing machine and he apologized. Good guy really. Self check in and check out was very smooth. Note: there is no luggage storage option available.

AAnonymous UserThe room type I booked through Trip.com was supposed to have a masjid view. I'm not sure if this was a misleading detail from Trip.com to attract customers or an issue from the hotel itself, but I did not receive the expected view. Additionally, the room was quite noisy due to the fan, even at its lowest setting. I could also hear loud footsteps from the upper level until 11 PM, as well as noise from people coming in and out of the rooms and from outside the building. Instead of the anticipated view, my room faced another building. The food was decent, though the variety was limited. However, the service was friendly overall, and the dining area manager was particularly kind. Despite the room feeling slightly outdated with an old-fashioned ambiance, it is still a suitable place for families to stay.

FFadzli RosliIts not my first time staying at the Concorde Shah Alam. Every year during ramadan i will come here and stay for one night. Basically i got the room that i want with the view of the mosque. Our room is near the elevator. The room was tad small but still good. The sahur food was good too. The check in and check out also smooth. Before this the parking was not charge but this time around after they changed the system we were charge RM3 after we checkout. Kinda weird coz we are the guest. So its no longer free parking even for the guest.

YYou EnI booked double bed . They give me 2 single bed combine to be 1 and bed have one high and low . And don’t have the long sofa chair . Last time I went here have the long sofa chair it’s very comfortable . I booked it same room type with last time .different with the official picture

IilyyOverall good trip. Room was clean just the bathtub still had dirt that couldn’t go down the drain. Shower could get flooded if not careful. Great location near the airport and close to malls by car. Service was mixed we had some really excellent service from some but poor from some staff. Food at the club were just pasties so we had breakfast at the main area, was alright, choices were limited. Happy to have the cocktails at the nice club lounge. Gym was good. Pool was generally full of kids. Didn’t try the spa. Note the club is in a separate annex from the other rooms. Would consider returning for the location.

DDin_SaintThe hotel is great. We stayed in room 505. However, the cleanliness of the room was appalling. The carpets have bits and pieces of crumbs, and behind the curtains there is some trash not fully cleared. The bed has strains of black hair, which does not belong to us (dyed hair). There were no towels available and only provided upon request. It seems though the room was cleaned in a rush. Mind you we checked in way late after 4 pm. Not all bad though, the breakfast makes up for all the complaints. Breakfast spread was good.

KKHOR MUI KIMMy stay at the hotel was just nice. While it had free parking and was conveniently located near my meeting place, there were several issues. The water pressure was slow, and the glass in the bathroom was see-through, which was uncomfortable. Additionally, there was a smoking smell coming from other rooms, which was unpleasant.

The double queen room on the 3rd floor is neat and orderly, there is a window mirror 🤩 but I didn't have time to clean myself, so I changed THREE rooms, king and single beds, because my sister stayed the night there and I asked the hotel management to arrange a change of room for my request and I got a triple room on the first floor G as soon as there is a vacancy👍😍. FACILITIES are provided by the hotel, bath soap/tissues/bath shower, 24-hour heating / iron and those who want to wash their clothes have to go down to the G floor below. The best thing is to use this application to compare the prices and I get the promotional price from the hotel and I redeem the voucher on the Trip.com application

AAnonymous UserThis is not my first time staying here..it’s a large room with pantry and dining area..comfortable bed and convenient parking..the only inconvenience thing is the ironing area is at the dark area..hard to do some ironing in the dark area..maybe can improve on that
