Should improve the toilet and room cleanliness but the location is so good as it really close to the Icity. Meanwhile for the Tv, out of 3 channel provided only 1 channel has voice.

Our standard queen room was very dirty and smells like cockroaches. But the counter auntie was so polite and upgraded our room to deluxeQueen and apologized for inconvenience. Nice service. 

Book 2 triple room. Get 1 room with big size and it is ok. And 1 room very small, not convenient for 3 person. That room not suppose to be triple room. Toilet dirty.

Good to stay. Good staff. Everything was smoothly and excellent

Near to iCity, but require to pay parking fees for overnight parking.

Very bad hotel. Too pricy. Not clean. No towel provided. Furniture in the room too old and some of them broken like cupboard etc. Im not recommend this hotel for you to stay especially if you bring family. Parking also flat rate rm10 per day. Staff also arrogant.

The hotel is right inside i city area, you can walk to the theme park and even the mall, a lot of food shops nearby, the rooms are as the pics, nice and clean.. no complains will surely come again. Highly recommended to those who want to crash for the night after enjoying the park and taking pics by the trees in icity
