Booked and confirmed that the flat comes with 2 bathrooms. However, the shower head was broken and the door couldn’t be closed for one of the bathroom. Immediately informed them and waited in the flat for 1.5hrs, was told that the technician took longer to reach due to heavy rain. After coming back from dinner, asked if they could send the technician to fix it but was told that the technician could only come the next day after we check out. Toilet floor and even the toilet bowl were extremely wet when we arrived. Sofa in the living was sinking in the middle. The bed frame in the common room also suddenly broken after 1 night stay. Car park wasn’t convenient and there wasn’t clear instruction (no photo/video) on where to get the key and park the car.

Central mall and I-city is just a walk away from the unit.
Nice to visit with family.
The unit is okay but a bit smelly of animals in the living room (like a cat or something).
Group chat created to make it easy for the communication between customers and management.
(Suggestion: Need to advise the customer either to buy the parking ticket or use touch & go if the parking pass is still not available for the customer to use in the future.) - will help the customer a lot to make decisions and make it easier for them to travel.

Great value for money, right in the city centre. Shopping centre is about 5-10mins walk away, and so many facilities nearest hotel .
Hotel itself was very clean, helpful and nice service from staff .
Room is basic and a little small, but was clean, comfy beds, nice bathroom with a hot shower, big TV and great wifi.
Would definitely stay again!!
