I always enjoy staying at Fox Hotel—definitely my go-to spot! The location is a big plus, just a short walk from my office, which makes everything so convenient. The rooms are consistently clean, comfortable, and cozy. Staff are friendly and efficient. It’s a reliable choice for both business and relaxation.

This is a new hotel next to Shell Retail Academy where my meeting was. Thus, it is convenient for me. The receptionists are helpful. The room I first checked in was very smelly even though it is a non-smoking room. The receptionist helped me to change to another room which make my stay comfortable. The room is spacious. I suggest that the management to install a sliding door for the shower place so that when we take shower, we won't wet the bathroom floor. Overall I have a pleasant stay.
There is a swimming pool and gym room. I did not use the facilities.

The hotel lobby located at Floor 8, got parking for hotel guest but need to per RM5/Entry and need to validate at Reception. Overall is Great Hotel.

Check in was very fuss free. Rooms are new and clean, amenities looked minimal but surprisingly sufficient. Love that there's a water dispenser in the corridor outside the room. Sustainability efforts are visible.

Very convenient. Got everything a family stay need in Shah Alam. Vending machine, gym and swimming pool having blasts. There is no need for mobile you can stroll around the area. Oh, and the receptionist is quite helpful too. I’ve encountered delay in checking in (maybe it’s due to the difference between two lobbies) and exit problem when my debit card doesn’t work during the the check-out and they resolved it professionally and quickly. The support staff is very friendly. I enjoyed the stay and it’s quite comfy. Very recommended.

I am enjoy my stay at Fox Hotel Glenmarie! The hotel is new, and everything feels fresh and well-maintained. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is shared with local residents, but the area is not crowded, making it a peaceful place to stay.

Stayed here for the night as we were taking a break from our long road trip from Singapore - Penang. Cosy hotel with small lobby on another floor. Location is near highway but outta the way from any mall/ proper ammenities. Main road has a tendency to jam up during peak hours. Room feels like a nice home setup with clean sheets, proper bedding and quiet surrounding. The toilet area is big but shower area only has a narrow screen and no door, which means the entire toilet floor would be wet after a shower. Breakfast spead has limited choice but the taste of each dish was good! Booking room with breakfast would be the most cost efficient instead of buying breakfast at the counter.
