酒店服務特別好、熱情周到、衞生打掃的也很乾凈及時。早餐做的也很豐富。適口性很好。而且酒店還有接送站服務、提前約好下車後就有人在車站等候。體驗非常好。下次來還會繼續來的！

真的服務太差，早上辦的入住，晚上回來空調製冷特別慢，打電話前台後保安上來一頓搗鼓把原17℃調到24℃走了，等了半天，給前台打電話要調房間就是三樓（因為二樓音樂餐吧晚上很吵），意思就是要不忍受熱要不忍受吵！總結三點一是空調製冷差，二是晚上特別吵，三是早餐環境（蟲子🐛）及質量差！

房間寬敞，服務還行，早餐沒有東西可以吃，洗澡下水道不通，全部益到衞生間，整個衞生間全是水，沒有自作茶飲。

前台前天退房的時候服務態度很好 又笑又尊重的 剛才開房的時候前台服務態度不好冷漠還翻白眼 説別人壞話。很讓人氣的 很讓人反感。本來想給好評的現在看來不需要了感覺在網上訂單態度很好前台開房態度一點都不好兩個人站在那兒一直説別人的短處還有保安態度不好進來很兇的説放包過安檢 服務越來越不好了
