The service is really bad. I checked in in the morning and the air conditioning was very slow when I came back at night. After calling the front desk, the security guard came up and fiddled with it to adjust the temperature from 17℃ to 24℃. After waiting for a long time, I called the front desk to ask for room adjustment. The third floor (because the music restaurant and bar on the second floor is very noisy at night) means you either have to endure the heat or the noise! To sum up, there are three points: firstly, the air conditioning is poor, secondly, it is extremely noisy at night, and thirdly, the breakfast environment (bugs🐛) and poor quality!

房間寬敞，服務還行，早餐沒有東西可以吃，洗澡下水道不通，全部益到衞生間，整個衞生間全是水，沒有自作茶飲。

前台前天退房的時候服務態度很好 又笑又尊重的 剛才開房的時候前台服務態度不好冷漠還翻白眼 説別人壞話。很讓人氣的 很讓人反感。本來想給好評的現在看來不需要了感覺在網上訂單態度很好前台開房態度一點都不好兩個人站在那兒一直説別人的短處還有保安態度不好進來很兇的説放包過安檢 服務越來越不好了
