My friend and I had a girls trip to Palermo and we chose this place for the price, facilities and the amazing view. Everything was great, the apartment was comfortable and the owner and staff were great. We stayed for 4 nights and really enjoyed it. I definitely recommend having dinner and sunbathing on the terrace.

The appartement is very functionnal. Gabriella is such a kind lady, every morning she asked me if I needed something. The owner is a nice man, he was always ready to answer my questions. I was in the room with the sea view, which was such a beautiful place to stay. The appartements are located in a good place, everything is near. And Sferracavallo is a cozy clean romantic place to stay.

balcony is a plus, facilities are good, kitchen bathroom are fine. Fishing theme decorations are nice. Only parking is a bit depend on luck. Surroundings food, stores convenient. Not busy season, would like to find out the price in summer.

The property is adjacent to a small marina. There are many restaurants and shops nearby. The view from the roof deck is beautiful. The window in the room was on an airshaft.

Exceeded our expectations! Right in the heart of Sferracavallo, our suite had a private balcony overlooking the bay. The room was very spacious and updated, with a separate kitchen/hall/bathroom with a washing machine. The air conditioner in the bedroom worked perfectly, for the warm Sicilian summer. Everything that you need is within walking distance (markets, restaurants, bars). The train station to the center of Palermo is about a 10 minute walk, with about a 15 minute train ride (use the Trenitalia app to buy tickets and look up schedules) . The price was super affordable for the amazing accommodations we received! Highly recommend!

It was nice that they had a secure parking area otherwise there would be nowhere to park.
