The location is very good, not far from the louage station. It is convenient to call a taxi. There are supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Four star hotel with reasonable charges, large room with office desk. Breakfast is foodful and different fresh fruit.

The welcome is not great except in the restaurant, really great staff, access to the room was complicated, no key, forced to go to reception to have the door constantly opened for us after our outings, swimming pool full of pigeons (see photos). The city is not clean...

Clean room Good service and very welcoming and friendly staff.

The room is big and clean, and it is a connecting room. Although it looks old from the outside, it is quite exquisite inside. It is relatively quiet and has a large balcony, which is suitable for drying clothes.

The room is very small, the air conditioner can't be adjusted easily, it's high-tech, but it's actually superfluous

Unfortunately, the overall good impression is marred by an overwhelmed lady at the reception. Apparently no change And without saying a word the rest was kept and no receipt was issued!!!! Where will the money end up? Very nice and courteous security service.

I specifically booked because the listing mentionned a pool. I learned it was closed upon arrivel. Has to wait 10min before someone showed at the lobby. Upon checking out, I was charged for the bottle of water that was in the room.

Overall good, except it allows smoking. Rekik Mouna was very helpful

A good hotel but a little tired in places. Excellent food and beverage, great hot water supply. Woman on reception in the morning and early afternoon is a disgrace. She is rude and contemptuous to the guests. Gentlemen who replace her in the afternoon are very helpful. Management please take note...the red haired woman on reception is a terrible ambassador for your hotel and clearly hates her job and the guests who visit your hotel.

I used to stay in this structure since long time. Always appreciated its good position. Some furniture need some maintenance but in average everything OK (didn't like the lack of enough electrical socket: only 2 available, 1 of which not working). Excellent sleep quality, very good and attractive food offer for breakfast.

Great hotel in the centre of the city - great restaurant, great breakfast and lovely staff. shame the pool and spa were closed as it was off season otherwise great!

Terrible staff. It took 15 mins to explain that I booked through *******. They asked me to pay upfront which I found very uncomfortable after a long drive to get to Sfax. Room was good but not 4 star conditon.
