Horrible exprience. Water not working. Wi-fi not working. Awful reception manager. ******* guy just saying: working on that.

The only aspect that truly reflects a 5-star standard here is the resort tax collected by the Greek state. Although the receptionist, the housekeeper, the waiters, and the smiling girl at the pool bar made our stay more pleasant, this could not replace the lack of proper management of the restaurant’s food plan. The food was by far the most disappointing part of our stay. It is definitely not at a 5-star level—neither in taste nor in variety. The meals were repetitive and lacked flavor, which was the biggest drawback during our stay. Those were were uninspired, and felt hastily prepared rather than freshly cooked. We chose this hotel because it seemed to meet some of our needs while traveling with a 1-year-old child: the all-inclusive option, the rooms located conveniently close to both the restaurant and the beach, and the boutique-style size of the hotel, which makes it easy to move around and reach all points of interest quickly.

Unfortunately, I have to share my rather negative experience with the hotel. We had a family room for 4 people. The room was right above a septic tank that smelled, especially in the morning and evening. It must have been quite full, as they were busily draining it from 7 to 8 a.m. on Sunday. It's a shame they didn't let anyone know; at least I would have taken our clothes off the balcony. The view was "enhanced" by garbage cans, and there was a loud and disruptive noise from the adjacent road and highway at night. The bedrooms were separated by a door, but it couldn't be closed. Balcony door is hard to open. Regular cleaning was done once a day—they would mop, make the beds, and empty the trash. Given a room for four people, it would be more appropriate to empty the bathroom trash can at least twice a day. The unpleasant smell often "greeted" us. The mirror and glass doors were also not cleaned the entire week, and the shower heads hadn't been cleaned in much longer, judging by the buildup of limescale and the presence of black mold. Food: The dining hall looks simple. The chairs are grubby, and the glasses and cutlery are often smudged. Sometimes guests would drop food on the floor, and it took a while for someone to clean it up. Unfortunately, my grandmother had a nasty slip on some boiled cauliflower on the floor. There was NO LATE BREAKFAST, as advertised. The food selection was very monotonous; breakfast was the same all week. There were a lot of pre-made items. Lunches and dinners were very monotonous and simple, often seasoned the same way, sometimes bland, and a few times undercooked. My husband had raw fish at least twice in the middle. There were NO THEMED DINNERS, as advertised. There were few traditional dishes, but plenty of nuggets, spaghetti, and onion rings. For musaka, kleftiko and other we needed to vision restaurant in town. There was no ice cream at the pool bar, only at dinner. The cups at the pool bar were often poorly washed, more like just rinsed. The area around the pool bar was dirty, slippery, full of sand, and wasn't cleaned during the day. Swimming in the sea was practically impossible—there was an almost constant red flag. On the days when the waves were smaller and we could swim, the shores were full of algae, which no one cleaned, not even on the following days. The hotel pool's bottom was vacuumed, but it had a 2 cm green ring. I won't even comment on the hotel's surroundings. The only thing I can't complain about was the staff; they were nice, helpful, and friendly. Despite the mutual language barrier, they tried to communicate. This hotel was a great disappointment and definitely doesn't deserve *****, or even ****.

Dirty shabby rooms, bad food, paid alcohol, rude attitude of the staff, especially at the reception!!! Food no seafood, not at all, only cheese, salads and chicken

We arrived at the hotel and anticipated the wow factor of a 5 star hotel as we have previously had many times , it was in the middle of nowwhere with very little around it but waste skips outside ,there was nobody to help with cases and steps up to the reception, we were told there was a ramp at the other end of the hotel. Unfortunately there was no wow factor but a small reception, the reception man was polite as he took the tourist tax for a 5 star hotel €110 . A maintenence man showed us to our room, the room was standard and no where near 5 star,it was clean and basic and very little wardrobe space but it would be fine. There was water in the fridge so we were able to make a drink, there was a coffee pod machine No pods and none available (pointless really). We went down for a meal to the restaurant,it was a small buffet style and very little choice, but we found something to eat most days. The staff were polite but we needed to ask for drinkson every occasion. The next day we thought the maid had not left the water for the room so we phoned reception, he said you get the water from the bar, I went to the bar and I asked for water he gave me a glass of water, i said i needed a bottle he said you must buy it. I said are you sure this hotel this is a 5 star hotel and if i had issues to go to reception. The food never improved very similar every day, drinks were poor quality not a great choice and weak, and if you wanted a nice cocktail (a la carte)you had to pay for them. The entertainment was none existent apart from Tues greek night and a dj one other night. This hotel is not and will never be 5 star in our opinion and don't expect to much. We have been in much much better 3 star hotels.

My friend and I spent 1 week at the hotel. AL food was nice, plenty of choice. Room was very nice very comfortable beds.Rooms cleaned every day. Only downside was the toilet which kept malfunctioning ( the flush kept breaking). Beach amazing very stoney when you get in but then sand and very shallow. Staff where lovely and helpful. Would definitely go back we had a wonderful holiday, thanks 😊.

This is one of the best hotel stays I’ve ever had. We had issues with our plane where it got over 10 hours delayed and we arrived in the middle of the night. The staff had left prepared us nice plates with food, which was greatly appreciated. The facilities are very clean. The staff were super kind, professional and helpful. The food was amazing too. There were new dishes to try everyday at every meal, both greek foods and also other things.

The hotel is very new and clean. All staff is very nice and attentive. The hotel is a bit isolated but this is fully compensated by its quality. The food was nice with a lot of choices, but not Greek. 2 pools and private beach, that’s the secret of this hotel, the location!!!!
