Awful place. Bungalow was old and falling apart. Overflowing shower, towel rack not attached to the wall, safe broken, door would not lock the full time we were there. Maid service was sporadic and never brought enough towels. No tissues all week even asked and were given toilet paper and paper towels, large pile of dirty beach towels left on the beach all week no staff picked them up. No privacy for the scheduled massage and it was in our bungalow!!! Restaurant was out of chicken the first night, bacon the next morning, salad, hamburgers, Mac and cheese, coleslaw and Salad the rest of the week. No wings, no burgers, NO SALAD and NO BANANAS!!! How do you run a place like this!! Really awful service too. Nobody is happy everyone looks like they aren’t glad you there. Can’t get anyone to help you if you need something. This is our second time there first time was fabulous. That’s why we returned. Also the beach is stunning, but they don’t own the beach so if you’re going just for the beach go, but if you like all the other stuff that they say they have don’t go. .

We finally reach the Cape after some years and it’s spectacular exactly how we expected. The beach and the sea are absolutely wonderful and the Villa where we stay was simply perfect

We went there for my wife's 50th birthday, however the building is old and the facilities need to be renovated. The beach is magnificent, however.

Been coming to CSM every year (except COVID and wife's knee replacement) for 20 plus yrs. We go to the Caribbean 4-6 times a year and this beach is the best we've experienced; calm water, NO seaweed at all, shallow, no jet skis. My wife tells people "you have to like each other if you go" because there is no pool, no entertainment, in the bungalows (our favorite) there is no TV, no phone, no kitchen (the villas DO have these). There have been several management changes in the last couple of years but the crew (many who have been at CSM as long or longer than 20 yrs) although having some frustrations, remain friendly, hard working and dedicated. We WILL be back again and again!

Sixth visit in six years. You go to CSM for the beautiful beach, crystal clear water, peace and quiet, lack of tourists. What you don’t go there for is smiling faces from the staff, warm welcomes, friendly management, amazing dining service because it’s nowhere to be found.

I’ve been to many islands in the Atlantic and Pacific. This is my favorite place in the world!🌎 I plan on returning again and again. I’ve already been here twice in 8 months and will return in 4 months. It’s a resort that has it all without being “touristy” or over the top. The management is responsive to suggestions and very accommodating. The staff are like family. I look forward to see them again. The setting is a beach that rivals Grace Bay Beach in Turks and Caicos, without scads of tourists and Ritz-like hotels. There is no commotion, just peace and quiet. There are plenty of places to sit in the shade; pick any gazebo or ask for an umbrella and chair to be placed where you want. Kayaks and bikes are available and the food and drinks are wonderful, with a great variety of choices for those staying longer. The free happy hour conch fritters are the best I’ve ever tasted. The rooms are beautiful and appointed tastefully. Linens are great, bed is great. Having a big screened-in porch in all bungalows is the biggest plus. Obviously, I love Cape Santa Maria Resort! 🩵

The resort is stunning, with a beautiful beach and some of the best sand in the Caribbean. The staff are warm, friendly, and helpful, and the villas are clean, well-equipped, and right on the beach.

Beautiful beach! Good food, friendly staff went the extra mile to make our stay great with food, booking tours, car rental, etc. We stayed in 2 story building which was well appointed and clean. Would go back without hesitation.
