Stayed one night traveling back from Florida. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was great. Breakfast was good. Bacon, eggs, waffles with various toppings, cold cereal, oatmeal with add ones, and fruit. Indoor pool was great. We would definitely stay again if in the area.

The suites are decent - well equipped and clean but we had a few complaints during our stay. There was trash and huge bags of towels in front of our door which was lying there since before arrived at the place. We had to call the front desk twice and had to finally go to the front desk to get it cleaned/picked up. The check in process is a little cumbersome with there being a separate counter for picking the keys after you complete the basic formalities. In addition, we requested a suite on the first floor - there were none available. We had to carry our heavy luggage ourselves to the second floor with no elevators on property. There is no room service nor any cleaning service - we stayed for five days and we only had our trash picked up two times, and the person who did so refilled our coffee supply and provided us with fresh towels. In all, the location is great with cracker barrel closely. Suites are decent with more of an Airbnb feel, but the service is poor.

I have to base the review on what I paid for this room. And I paid $950 to stay there for 2 nights with my family. Here is the story: I was scrolling my phone for hotel rooms for my daughter's upcoming softball tournament in Seymour, Indiana. I clicked on the top link in Google - GUEST RESERVATIONS- and mistook it for the actual hotel site. The room rates offered were high, but comparable with other places in the area so I booked the room. I immediately noticed that a large additional fee was added to my payment without my consent. So my quick reaction was to click to cancel the charge ASAP. It worked! I had canceled the $550 charge. I went to the actual Hilton site and rebooked. The new charge to stay in the same hotel the same days was $429, booked directly through Hilton. After realizing the refund had not come through I reached out to the GUEST RESERVATIONS company that I went through - and was told that HILTON/HAMPTON INN refused the refund and therefore I can not get the refund. I contacted HILTON/HAMPTON INN and was told that they did issue a refund for my cancelation - so now GUEST RESERVATIONS just scammed me out of -- not only the unapproved fee -- but the full cost of my stay. I took that info to Guest Reservations and they promised a refund , but then later changed their minds. Not sure how this is legal, but I think it is awful that companies take advantage of consumers in this way and allow them to cancel without being made aware that they will still have to pay for a room they now can't have - the rates were already pretty high to stay in small town Indiana but to pay $950 to stay here is ridiculous and I expect that Hilton would do something to protect regular people from being majorly scammed.

I absolutely love the hotel and they always have great service, the breakfast options are quite surprising considering every other hotel I've stayed at there cafeteria rooms are shut down and don't offer breakfast any more! Also the polls and hot tubs are always clean and stocked. They have a computer room available for services, along with a laundry room and available laundry soap. It's definitely worth the stay. Also another bonus is the location. It's close by to gas station, restaurants, and shopping stores. It's also very very clean. Didn't see any bugs, or any criminal behaviors or cops circling the parking lot! Extremely impressed every time I come.

it was a great stay and really friendly staff and room was nice and clean and breakfast was good . I had left some clothes in my room in the closet, and the front desk lady took me down to the room I was in, the house keeper was cleaning the room, I got my clothes, and both of them were very helpful.

Room was clean, quiet, and fine! After reading a mix of good and bad reviews, I was somewhat concerned, but I was pleasantly surprised. I will stay here again if I return to the area. Don't let the bad reviews deter you. They may have made more recent improvements to their cleanliness.
