The place itself is decent, very nice view of the water looking towards center of town. Some maintenance needs such as the windows not closing completely, broken dryer dishwasher lining coming apart, and shower floods the bathroom floor. But all that would have been okay if the owners simply would have answered messages or answered the phone during our stay. They never returned messages nor answered the phone and were later dishonest about what happened, claiming to have answered and provide services which simply did not happen. Very expensive lodging by Iceland standards and for the complete lack of communication.

Beautiful house inside and out. It is in a great location with good views. Inside it is well decorated and very comfortable. You want to stay several days to enjoy it. Everything is clean and well thought out. The kitchen with everything you need.
