We had booked in another 4* hotel initially, but the owner had water damage and booked us in the Bel Air Hotel, assuring us to pay the same price. On arrival, the staff is friendly, the owner is more or less. We are shown to our rooms, very small, almost not soundproofed. The breakfast is minimalist, most of the items offered are at an additional cost. After two nights, it is time to pay the bill, the price is not aligned with the 4* but more expensive, for a hotel of much lower quality with clearly lower services. The receptionist calls the owner with whom the person from the first hotel had arranged, he does not want to know anything, he demands a higher price and hangs up on me. Very adult and commercial as an approach! Hotel to avoid, expensive. Only the staff is friendly, as well as the appreciable view, to try to remember only the positive points. For the rest, the tourist is really taken for a cash cow and hanging up on them is just unacceptable and disrespectful.
