It's a pretty good hotel in Alaska, after all, the price is here. I saw other reviews saying that if you can't book it on the website, you can call the front desk. I also asked the front desk and spent fifty dollars to upgrade to a sea view room. The hotel is part of the Major Marine glacier cruise. Boarding the ship is just downstairs from the hotel. It is said that there are discounts for staying at the hotel, but unfortunately I booked them separately. You can call the hotel to ask. The location is convenient. It is worth staying one night when you come to Seward. There are many fishing services nearby. There is a place to process the salmon after they are caught, which is very interesting. The hotel has a coin-operated washing machine, which is just right for washing all the clothes we have worn during this period and preparing for the next trip.

My husband was on a business trip, and I joined him for 9 days. I didn't know what to expect, but they made you feel like family. Britany was so kind and sweet. She went out of her way to make me feel welcome and looked after while my husband was working. The location was perfect for getting to restaurants and shops. The whole staff including Iris were kind and caring. The only thing I would recommend is adding some storage drawers to the rooms.

This was a very clean and nice hotel. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable and provided tips on what to see and where to go. The views right from the rooms are spectacular. I highly recommend visiting Seward and staying at this hotel.

Most courteous staff I’ve seen in a long time. Absolutely top notch. The rooms are very comfortable and the pillows are nice. The blackout shade really hides the light. Complimentary breakfast was very good I loved the coffee in the room. Excellent location.

The marina view is breathtaking, and the staff are exceptionally welcoming, always ready to engage in conversation and address any questions with helpful solutions. Hotel on the waterfront in Seward. Nothing much going on here other than its a big cruise ship stopping point. Room very well equipped- very comfortable bed and pillows, microwave, fridge, coffeemaker. Lots of space, even a little balcony. Simple breakfast included. Marcus on the front desk was terrific - so helpful, friendly. Makes all the difference how you are received. Tiny pool with an even tinier hot tub but had it all to myself. All in all a nice little place with some 'interesting' characters in the other residents ;)

Phenomenal views and easy access to Major Marine Tours. Be sure to catch a tour on Major Marine!! The room was clean and they had great pillows!! Breakfast was lovely and the staff was awesome. Great location to the docks, wildlife, the Train Depot and the free shuttle bus stop is right across the street. Perfect.
