This is not a typical hotel that you walked in to a lobby instead it has various cabins with great views of the mountains around. You can walk to the lake within 2 minutes. The staff is also very helpful. We stayed one night for a family trip and overall everything was great.

Worked great for a family of 5
Comfortable, cute and quiet space for a family stay. Shoreline of the lake is an easy 150-m walk and is gorgeous. Only recommendations for improvement would be a second mirror somewhere outside the single bathroom and some night-lights for navigating the stairs in the dark.

En skuffende oplevelse da annoncen indikere forholdsvis ny lejlighed i billedmaterialet men lejligheden bar præ af at være slidt og mangelfuldt.
Huld og skader på bordplade, på sofaen, på lampeskærm og væg. Emhætten hang. Spisebordret slidt. Sengene er uden sengegalvl og står tilfældig i rummet.
Når sovesofaen er foldet ud er der svært at komme omkring spiseborderet.
Haven lå ved de andre lejligheder så ved brug af haven sider man kun i liggestole og kigger ind i de andres lejligheder/terrasser. Den terrasse der var tilknyttet lejligheden lå under stort træ og nedfald fra træet var overalt på terrassemøblerne. Vil forslå at træet beskæres.

Lieu très agréable. Proche du lac. Accès et stationnement facile. Très cher pour une location aussi médiocre. Une moyenne de 350 € la nuit, on s'attend a beaucoup mieux. Pas de climatisation avec chambres sous toit, 35 degré avec petit velux sans volet. Très peu de vaisselle (6 personnes 6 verres).. Pas de quoi éplucher vos légumes, pas de spatule, ... Tous les volets de la maison sont inutilisables, aucun ne ferment....tous cassé ou mal posé se qui vous empêche de conserver un peu de frais dans la maison sans clim. Sèche serviette dans la salle de bains rouillé. Cabine douche sale a l'extérieur. Étendage cassé. Table de jardin qui doit avoir plus de 20 ans, le bois s'effrite... 2 kayaks vous sont proposés pour toutes les locations du site... Environ 50 personnes Si on compare le rapport qualité prix... A éviter

Nous avons loué un appartement Duplex du 15 au 17 juin. Très bien accueillie, appartement propre rien a dire. Proche du centre ville de Annecy et proche d'un magasin d'alimentation. Bien situé a 100 mètres du Lac de Annecy. Machine a laver disponible Vélo disponible Le seul problème est le débit internet (ADSL). Débit trop faible pour les enfants le soir 2 mb/s. La fibre serait un petit atout pour finaliser la qualité du service... A bientôt.
