Positives: 1) Reception very professional. 2) Perfect location for both old town and shopping district. 3) Junior Suite nice size considering size of building. Bed very cosy and gorgeous bathroom with one of the best showers I’ve experienced at a 5 star and plus level. 4) Hotel spotlessly clean. Negatives: 1) The welcome drinks should be provided as in all 5 star and plus establishments upon arrival. At UNUK, you are provided with a key which you are to present during your stay. This is just a cheap scam to force customers who are paying 5 star plus prices to stay in the hotel band then pay more for extra drinks and maybe even food. I just handed the key back upon departure, very poor start and disappointing end. 2) The service at breakfast was the worst I have ever experienced. a) Except day 1 on Wednesday 15th, we were left at the breakfast entrance, despite the staff walking around an empty restaurant. On the other 3 occasions, we were rescued by one of the kind gentlemen on reception, who took our number and allowed us in. b) On Friday 17th we were abruptly told twice by the blonde lady to wait as we were ordering, seemed to be a connectivity issue, but we were never told. c) I then received a cup with a crack. Staff in a 5 star plus restaurant and the hotel management should ensure this is an absolute no no. d) On Saturday 18th we had to ask for service for the cooked food order, that’s unforgivable service. Then it got worse, The lady with the dark hair who was working the early shift, despite me showing her the menu had no idea what we were ordering. So instead of clarifying or asking a colleague just walked off and I received my breakfast, but my wife did not. Absolutely not 5 star plus, hence my 2 star rating. We will be returning to Seville, but not to Hotel UNUK.

Petit Palace Marques Santa Ana

Casco Antiguo
In the old town, the location is good, it's a bit hard to find when you go, the cathedral is less than 3 minutes away. The hotel is well decorated and the facilities are very useful. It turned out to be a twin room on the first floor. The shower room was a bit leaky. The room was changed the next day and a sincere apology was expressed. We are very satisfied with this. Breakfast variety and environment are very satisfactory.

The biggest surprise hotel along the way! The hotel is in the core scenic area, very clean, with a sense of design, the room has a surf bathtub and a waterfall shower. The rooftop pool bar overlooks the entire old town. In addition to the cold plate, there are many classic Spanish food that is ordered. It is great value and highly recommended.
Hotel Europa Boutique Sevilla

Casco Antiguo
Very nostalgic old-fashioned European hotel, floor-to-ceiling windows, balconies and alleys, everything is fine, just like a small European hotel in your imagination. The key is also an electric kettle. The location of the hotel is very good, it takes about 10 minutes to walk everywhere. The Plaza de España is a bit further away. The downside is that the room is not big and the bar downstairs is a bit noisy. Others can play a full room.
Basic Hotel Sevilla Catedral

This is a great little hotel in the centre of Seville. Very close to the cathedral so you have a land mark to find if you are out walking about as we did. Very Clean and helpful friendly staff. They provide free water, juice and soft drinks in reception. Which is a life saver if it's warm. They also have a coffee machine and some snacks, also free. Relatively quiet, considering you're in the city centre. The rooms are basic, the shower in our room was badly designed and tended to flood the floor. But wasn't a big issue once we realised what was happening. Has a lift and an outside area on the roof if you wish to sit outside. The AC is very good. T.V is not great if thats important to you. We got a taxi from the Airport which was €33, They dropped us at the end of small street in which the hotel is located and we walked up to it. Its about a min walk. Reception booked a taxi for us on our return to the airport, and the taxi guy called reception to say he was there and we walked down and met him. If you are traveling at night time the taxi guy will meet you at the door of the Hotel as reception close's at 1am There are bars, shops and restaurants and big plazas within one min walk from the hotel. Really liked this little hotel, hope to return again.
Welldone Cathedral Suites

We stayed in the 1 bedroom attic apartment and we couldn't fault it. We received a warm welcome from Bianca who recommended ”must see” places to visit as well as restaurants in the different locations. The apartment was quiet, spacious and comfortable in a convenient central location. Seville is a walkable city and everything was within easy reach. The roof terrace, with a wonderful view of La Giralda & The Cathedral was wonderful and we spent every early evening up there relaxing after a busy day of exploring. Next time we're in Seville we'll definitely be staying here again!

The location can't be better, walk to the cathedral for 5 minutes, 10 minutes to the palace, 15 minutes to the Plaza de España. There are many restaurants nearby. In the winter to warm sun, sitting in the outdoor seating of the restaurant, drinking beer, watching the coming and going to the tourists, I feel very good. The style of the hotel is retro, with lots of old furniture and accessories. Breakfast is 7.8 euros, but it is very simple. The price is also very close to the people and is highly recommended.
