The hotel is very good: modern design of the rooms, location - within walking distance from the famous Plaza de España, hearty breakfast (I would like to separately praise the hotel for the many coffee machines in the dining room - we never had to stand in line for coffee). A comfortable wide bed allows you to have a good rest after a day full of impressions. I cannot help but mention one minus. We were unable to connect one of our three devices to the hotel Internet (Wi-Fi). It was our oldest device, however, I am convinced that hotels should ensure Internet access for all guests and all devices.
Hotel was good, cleaned and tidy
Breakfast was good and variety of food
Check in & check out was good, Thank you to one of receptionist to take care us for taxi.
But, one thing if you can bring information to anyone who responsibility for tourist especially about police. Because, one of my friends lost her LV wallet in Saville when we’re walking around Royal Alcazar palace.
We arrived at night. The package we selected from Trip.Com included dinner that the restaurant will be closed at 11.30 pm. We had 20 minutes left but the staffs still extended their duty for us. There’s nothing to complain about, except the check-in staff at front desk just looked serious with less smile. But everyone was helpful there.

The location of the hotel is good, the equipment is very new, and the breakfast is one of the few that I have had in Spain that is better. It is very clean and exquisite, and the price is very cost-effective. I recommend staying here. You can ask the hotel to help you take a taxi.
The picture was displayed opposite the residence. I thought it was the building behind. I finally waited for more than ten minutes and asked the residents before I knew it was not. Checkin went back and forth for a long message. At the end, I found that it took an hour to provide a detailed personal address. It took an hour to get the password. The overall feeling of the room was clean, but the kettle was a lot of dirt. The place under the dishwasher was placed in the trash can. There was a big smell, suspected of being a water pipe problem. There is a supermarket underground (there is a second large supermarket in 6 minutes walk), opposite the hospital (no loud at night), 15 minutes plus 4 minutes walk by bus from the city center.
Remember to buy a transportation card, a transportation card can be used by many people, each person 0.46, credit card one way to pay 1.4.
There is a bar nearby, Taberna FURANCHO , copa estrella Beer is a few good drinks, wild food is not wrong
The hotel room is modern, neat and simple but small. You can’t open your luggage due to space constraints.
In and out is on password which super convenient. The bus stop not far away.
Hair dryer is provided but no kettle.
The bed as not a twin bed, so, it is a bit too small for 2 adults of 50kg of size. It is more advisable to opted for 2 single bed rather than one bed for 2 adults.

The location of the hotel is very convenient. It is in the center, but in a quiet place. The rooms are tiny, barely fit the bed. But it is nice that there is a private bathroom. The room has a wardrobe, a bedside table, a TV, air conditioning, the bed is comfortable. At first, I was checked into a room without a window, I asked to be given a room with a window the next day, and moved to another one. The hotel is old, tired. The rooms are dark, there is little light. The check-in process is very strange and extremely inconvenient, and sometimes inaccessible. If you decide to make contactless check-in, then you need to make it convenient for guests to register and receive keys. What is the problem with sending instructions on the day of check-in at least in a messenger? At the entrance to the hostel, there is an announcement at the door that you should call the specified phone number and you will be given instructions on how to get the key. And if you are unable to make a call, you will not be able to check in. The managers did not think about this. The phone number of the property in the description when booking does not match the one on the door, so you will not be able to contact in advance. I think the price is too high for such a hotel.
