I was embarrassed because I couldn't check in when I arrived, but when I connected the phone, I kindly informed me and stayed comfortably during my stay. The facilities were good and the location was a bit far from the Spanish Square, but it was easy to go to other places.

Hotel Casas Boutique Santa Cruz has two small windows facing the courtyard and a slightly small room, but the service and cleanliness were excellent. We enjoyed a discounted breakfast, which was wonderful. The hotel is in the Jewish quarter, close to many landmarks and restaurants

Nice hotel and great customer service. Bought the breakfast option and it was actually not bad for the price. They also offer free coffee mini bar at 6pm. The room I got has stairs, so be cautious when opening the door! My room has patio and it is very private. Location is really good, close distance to the attractions. Recommended.
