I think its important for future customers to have his information if you are renting the penthouse suite. The suite and the amenities are very good. There was one problem When we arrived we naturally wanted to access the patio. We opened the door and the two top hinges fell off. It took us 10 minutes of struggle to put the door back on. During that time the AC stopped as that door was open. It was 44c outside. As I was writing Stay Unique to tell them about the problem. They had already sent information on the door and a short video of how you could hit the top of the other door to lock into place. We were promised that on Monday their would be a permanent fix. That never happened. So a pretty integral part of the rental was not available to us, because their was no way we would attempt to open a compromised door that could shut down the AC , especially in Sevilla in July. Its a nice place in a great location but do due diligence before you rent the Penthouse.

Buchung per Email an das Hotel. Verwirrung, weil Zimmer über ein Buchungsprotal angeboten waren, die in der Mailantwort des Hotels aber schon blockiert waren ... wenig später aber dann doch nicht ... Hotel wollte NUR (!) zur Reservierungsbestätigung Kreditkartennummer haben - Bezahlung sollte dann vor Ort erfolgen. Wenige Wochen vor Eintreffen dann elektronische Aufforderung mit dtl. teurerem Preis was wieder für Verwirrung sorgte, aber wieder zurückgezogen wurde. Kurz vor Eintreffen laufend Mails ab wann man wo einchecken kann und welchen Türcode man zu benutzen hat (keine Rezi), und was man zu tun und zu lassen hat. Ansprache in den Mails unpersönlich und im Befehlston .... Abbuchung des Geldes von der KK dann entgegen der Absprache einige Tag vor Eintreffen. Appartement einigermaßen sauber, angenehme Klimaanlage bei fast 40 Grad draußen. sehr ruhig. Dachterrasse kann man nutzen.. Beim Verlassen zieht man einfach die Tür zu - nicht einen Verantwortlichen gesehen.

Appartamento molto spazioso, cucina fornita di tutto, ottima la presenza della lavasciuga, posizione vicino al centro, bellissima la terrazza in comune sul tetto e ottima esperienza il ristorante di tapas presente al piano terra………..

Ottimo appartamento molto ben arredato e pulito . È attrezzato di ogni confort come lavastoviglie, lavatrice, asciugatrice, microonde e macchinetta del caffè. Personale cordiale e disponibile. Lo consiglio vivamente. Data del soggiorno: agosto 2022
