Noches en Triana

What I experienced in this place was absurd, as I booked with the security of a hotel whose information provided allowed check-in until 00:00, but when I arrived at 11:15 pm, the doors were closed, there was a note on the door stating that check-in was closed. to 11pm, and even though the information was different from the reservation made on Trip.com, there was no one to tell me anything, in addition to there being no way to contact the accommodation, they didn't try to contact me, and they didn't give any satisfaction. I stayed there in the early hours of the morning, locked outside, taking risks in the early hours of the morning, the area was deserted and I had nowhere to use the bathroom, nor did I have anywhere to sleep. If it weren't for the prompt intervention of Teip.com, which immediately authorized me to look for another accommodation, even though I had to look for somewhere with 24-hour reception, with vacancy, and far away, I finally managed to lie down to sleep in another hotel at 2 am . Thank you Trip.com for solving my problem and giving me my money back, but I don't know if I can trust you anymore. Anyway, sad and disappointed, especially with the Noches hotel in Teiana, but grateful for the help received by the Trip.com team.

Central, clean and cheap hotel. I had to find a place to stay due to an unforeseen event and it was a pleasant surprise, the girls at the reception are charming and very attentive. the room and bathroom impeccable. it's has been a great discovery

The hotel is located in the Triana district, 1 minute from all restaurants/bars. Right next door there is a supermarket and a café, ideal for breakfast. The hotel was completely renovated recently so I think that the bad comments about the establishment were written before the renovation. The rooms are small but clean, modern and comfortable. There is everything you need for a good night's sleep and we had a small balcony, room 104. The shower is small but has very good water power. There is air conditioning in the rooms too. The window blinds are automatic and block out the day very well. There was a bit of street noise at night but it didn't bother us. The hotel has a beautiful roof terrace with tables and chairs. To come from the airport or Santa Justa train station, nothing could be easier than taking the EA bus towards Placa Armas, to the Placa Armas terminus. The bus costs 4 euros and the bus stop is located 13 minutes walk from the hotel. The hotel itself is very Instagrammable with a neat decoration. I highly recommend this hotel

Excellent price quality. We have been 4 nights and I can only speak well. Great expectations, great frustrations. We knew what we were going for, where we were going for Holy Week in Seville. You use the room to rest exclusively. Daily cleaning, extremely clean. The reception staff are extremely friendly. And you are very central, in Triana, very close to everything and being able to get to know this neighborhood and its people better. Of course there are things to improve but with the current staff they will surely do it God willing, next year we will be there
